A massive thank you for Jenna for always being there even though we don't really speak! Thank you for checking up on me and everything! Hope you like it:) Sorry it took a while! x

-------------------------------------------------------------------

You know what really sucks?

I’m sat here, day and night, thinking about you endless…and I don’t even know if you feel the same.

It’s not like I can tell you. You’re 20, going on 21, and I’m 15, going on 16. My parents would kill me if we ever got together.

I have to keep everything bottled up. I have to keep everything a secret. I have to keep myself from flirting too obviously, keep myself from hugging or kissing you. Even when we talk and joke about like friends, there’s some that gives us dodgy looks. As if they know anything.

They don’t know about anything. Heck, neither do you. When I’m around you, I feel like…I just feel like I can be myself, like everything’s natural. I feel as if you’re the one, like I know something’s going to happen. No matter who I like, I always seem to come back to you. I just feel like there’s something there. I can just see us in a lasting relationship.

And I can’t even tell you any of this. Our relationship would be illegal until I'm 18.

I’m just left to be stuck in my own little world of fantasies and fiction. I’m just left with a world with you being nothing more than a friend I see once a week.

It’s pretty sad really, how Jenna pretends her little notebook is Liam and writes down words as if she’s speaking to him. But how else is she meant to vent her feelings? She can’t act on them, not until she’s 16 in 4 month’s time. Even then, it’s not like she’ll say anything. She’s too shy. And scared. Scared of rejection. I mean, he wouldn’t like her. There are so many other girls out there he could have, so why pick her?

I’ll tell you why he should pick her. Her red hair and blue/green eye distract people from her short height. Her bubbly, happy personality and smile that's forever plastered on her face is enough to change anyone's mood from negative to positive. Her good actions hiding the sneaky, mischievous girl within make her fun to be around no matter what the time is.

“Let’s go Jen, it’s already 10 past. Don’t want to be later,” Jenna's friend, Micky, says when she walks in. Emmie was already here – and on time – and Micky was naturally late. Jenna rolled her eyes.

“You can’t moan we’re gon’ be late, if you turn up late,” Emmie teased as Jenna put her shoes on. Micky and Jenna chuckled, walking out Jenna's house.

It was Friday evening, and tonight they were going ice skating with their Youth Group - the Youth Group that Liam helps run. It wasn't that Jenna wasn't looking forward to seeing Liam, - quite the opposite - she just wasn't looking forward to not being able to be around him knowing nothing could happen between them. Plus, the looks that some of the other leaders give her, as if they know something and as if Liam and Jenna being friendly is wrong.

"Evening, girls," Emma, the leader who is kind of the one who runs it and takes control of all the money and booking of things. Of course, the first person that Jenna noticed was Liam. His hair was perfectly styled in a quiff, making him look irresistible. He was wearing black skinny jeans that made his ass look perfect, with a brown t-shirt, a green jacket, and while converses.

Liam himself caught Jenna's eye, and gave her a friendly smile. He couldn't help but think how pretty she looked today. She was wearing light wash skinny jeans with a white graphic tank top under a black leather jacket and white converses. If it wasn't for Emma for telling him to wait until she was at least 16, he would've made a move on her.

"Everyone in the bus please!" Emma called. Instantly, the 15 kids made their way to the mini bus. Jena, Micky and Emmie sat near the front of the mini bus where there was a row of 3 seats.

On the way to the ice rink, the girls talking about the upcoming Conor Maynard concert they were attending. They gushed about how cute and fit he is, and how they can't wait to see and hear him live.

Once they got to the rink, they grabbed some skates and tied them up. The girls got Liam to tie theirs for them as they couldn't tie them tight enough. After 10 minutes, they made it on the rink. They were a little wobbly to start off with, but soon were able to skate without holding the edge; even if they were a little wobbly. Emmie and Micky ended up skating off once they got better balance, leaving Jenna alone.

"Having fun?" Liam asked, skating up to Jenna's side. Jenna jumped slightly, making her wobble and grab onto Liam for balance. She glared at him, letting go of his arm.

"Yeah, I am," she smiled. "Although Micky and Emmie did ditch me."

Liam get out a laugh.

"Want some help?" He offered. Jenna blushed, nodding. Being the skillful skater he is, he skated in front of Jenna, grabbing her hands and skating backwards. "Just relax. You being tense is making your balance off."

Jenna tried to do as Liam instructed, but with all the speedy jerks skating around like they own the place, it's pretty hard. Also, the fact that Liam is holding her hands doesn't really help. She can't help but think how perfect they hands fit together; like a puzzle.

Jenna flinched as another speedy skated missed her by inches, making Liam chuckle. She gripped his hands tighter, trying to concentrate on the advice being given.

Don't shuffle; slide.

Don't shuffle; slide.

Don't shuffle; slide.

"You think you can do this on your own?" Liam asked once Jenna looked like she knew what she was doing. Jenna shook her head.

"No! Don't leave me alone with all these speedy people!" She whined.

"I won't. I'll just let go, okay?" Liam reassured, letting go of her hands and turning around so he was by her side. The pair skated off side by side; small talk going back and forth as Jenna concentrated.

Soon though, Jenna's balance failed her. Once someone stopped in front of her, she tried to swerve to the side but ended up banging into Liam, making the two fall to the ice. Liam fell on his back with Jenna landing on top. Her head fell into his neck, and on instinct, one of Liam's arms wrapped around Jenna's waist.

"You okay?" Liam asked. Jenna nodded, a blush on her cheeks when she realised how little space was between their lips. Liam's eyes flickered to her lips; the temptation to press his against her own too strong.

Realising they could get into trouble, Jenna quickly shot up, blushing profusely. Liam stood up quickly, giving Jenna a small smile. Skating away seperately, Jenna couldn't help but smile. She saw the way he looked at her lips and how his arm held her close to his body.

Maybe, just maybe, she had a chance.
