Getting to know them

Start from the beginning

Nifty: "Mister-"

She looked at William

Nifty: "Were you always a Bad boy"

She said in a somewhat sultry tone.

Will however ignored her antics, the question brought out some old feelings from inside him.

Will: "...No actually, when I was alive I was a fairly normal person. I had a lovely family, my mom, dad, and two younger sisters. My mom would take care of all of us by feeding us and loving us. My dad taught me how to survive in society and life lessons. My sisters were a pain in the ass, but there wasn't anything I wouldn't do for them."

William looked nostalgic and longingly at the roof.

Will: "It was only during my teenage years that my sins' drove me to the end."

Charlie: "You had a family?"

Will: "Obviously, I came from somewhere."

Charlie: "Then can we meet them, they sound like lovely people!"

Charlie's mood came down with the next words that left Will's mouth

Will: "They are in heaven."

Charlie: "..."

Will: "Yeah... no angel ever goes to hell other than to exterminate. I miss them."

The room was quiet until broken by Angel, trying to create a good atmosphere.

Angel: "So...Pentious. What's with the hat, it's been bugging me, is it alive?"

Pentious: "Well, no, it just reflects what I feel."

Angel: "So like a feeling's detector"

Pentious: "Precisely"

Charlie: "Does it work if someone else wears it"

Everyone looked more interested in the hat now.

Pentious: "I.. Don't know"

Angel grabbed the hat.

Pentious: "Hey!"

Angel then placed the hat on Husker. The hat's eye turned feline and turned grumpy.

Angel: "Haha, It works!!"

He then took the hat of Husker and turned to Alastor.

Alastor: "Don't"

Not needing to be said twice, Angel quickly skipped him and stared at Charlie, before booking it in her direction.

Angel: "Aha!"

The hat placed firmly on her head transformed into a semi angelic semi demonic form. Expressing a child's Cheerfulness. The previous sadness in her face was gone.

Aloe: "That check's out."

Charlie seemed pretty embarrassed and took the hat off.

Charlie: "Angel, while cool, I don't think revealing our friend's feelings is a good thing, so please stop."

Angel: "Oh, fine..."

Angel tossed the hat at Sir Pentious.

However, it landed on the head of William.

The hat then turned into a mess of strings, the color shifted to white with grey lines.

That wasn't what made everyone stare, however. it was the eye in the middle.

It was dead, hollow, strings moving the eye around, having no will other than to follow the orders of the puppet strings. In other words, the eyes one would expect to see on a slave.
