They said with a smile. ('Hm cute..') i thought to myself

"hm, unique name i like it"

I said as i looked up at the night sky as i smoke my problems away and out of my mind

I looked at Spinel as i realized that her name was a gem name..

"Hey... I just realized your name is based on a gem"

I said, curiously looking at Spinel as she smokes

-Spinel-
"It's actually my birth gem.. They thought it would be a nice name to have. What about you? What's your birthstone?"

Spinel asked and looked at me. I was quite nervous to tell since i didn't quite know what my main birthstone is

"well i don't quite actually know but if i had to guess it would be a B/S or a B/S. I'm not entirely sure"

"those gems could be a fitting name for you. Just saying."

Spinel said as she and i chuckled a bit, i looked up at the beautiful night sky while Spinel closed her eyes and smoked

"Y'know my parents planned on naming me after my birthstone, though they decided not to, since they thought that it would be a basic name to have. and so they named me Y/N instead"

I said smiling as i saw the stars shine bright in the sky.

"huh guess you and i would've had the same basic name that a parent would think of"

Spinel said and laughed and i looked at her with a smile

"haha, i guess so"

I said laughing a little. After a few minutes of talking, we decided to stay quiet for a while and feel the cold wind breeze of the night

"Isn't this nice? Just being in the woods, calming you down after a horrible day?"

I said as i chuckled and looked at the grass ground that me and Spinel stand on

"Hell yeah! Especially when you smoke a bit."

Spinel said as she finished her cig and took another one, litting it and smoking again. I looked at her with a curious smirk yet puzzled

"Does smoking really helps you out?"

I asked as Spinel let out the smoke and looked back at me and chuckled

"Well for me yes, do you wanna try it out for yourself?"

Spinel asked and offered me the cig.. I wasn't sure and even though it looked simple to do. I thought it would be much more harder if i do it myself and so i sighed and smiled at her nervously

"I don't really want to.. Hell i don't even know how to do it"

I said while Spinel looked at me with a smirk... What was she thinking though?
