Melody's pov
I woke up today to my mom yelling at me to get up for work. Yes, I'm only fourteen. Yes, I have a job. But it's not your typical McDonald's job. I'm a famous actress. My name is Melody Tolar and right now I'm playing the role of Aphrodite's daughter in the new Percy Jackson series. I got up and started to get dressed. I just decided to wear one of my grey hoodies from my school and put some black sweatpants on. I slipped on my Ugg slippers. I grabbed my phone off the charger, grabbed my Air Pods, and left my room.

Walking down my stairs I smelled my mom cooking some pancakes. "Mm pancakes?" I asked my mom sitting down on one of the stools at our island. "Yes, but u have to eat them fast so you're not late." My mom answered quickly putting 2 pancakes on my plate. The pancakes have strawberries on them and some sugar on top. I quickly ate those like mom said. i put my plate in the sink and race to the car to get shot gun before my brother. Whose name is James but that's not important. of course, I won like duh.

anyways mom first drives me to my set that I'm working on. it's my second day here and i like it so far but there's a certain blond curly haired boy who caught my eye. yes, I'm talking about walker. keep up! anyways we have gotten close since meeting each other but I'm sure he only sees me as a sister sadly... moving onnnn!!! I arrived on set and Chris came up to me giving me my script for the day. I had a bunch of lines, so I had to get to memorizing them and quick.

I was sitting on my chair that has my name on it just rereading my script. I also wrote it down in my note's app, because I read somewhere that if you're trying to remember something you should read it ten times and write it down five times. so, I was doing just that. Until I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and it was Walker. My heart fluttered. But I pushed those weird feelings down.  "Oh, hey walker what's up?" I asked him. "The sky" he said as a big grin broke out on mine and his's face. "ok but no seriously do you want to go to chick fil a with me?" "how are we gonna get there by walking?" i asked giggling.

He then held up his hand which had keys in dangling from them. my eyes widened "walker, are you crazy? we can't drive!" i scold him. "Chill lo its ok it's just golf cart keys." i bust out laughing. "you really expect us to drive a gold cart around and, in the drive through of chick-fil-a?" i said in between breathes. "Umm yes." walker said as confident as ever. "Fine as long as Chris is ok with it." I said giving in to his goofy idea. "oh yeah Chris doesn't care as long as were careful and bring him back a dr pepper then were goooodd." "ok lets roll then." "wait!" i exclaimed trying to get his attention. "what?" he asks confused. i ran past him and grabbed the keys out of his hand and yelled "im drivingg!!" he laughed while chasing after me.
