"Okay, Mayumi and Mishka, I'll have to leave for now. I have a meeting"

Geto asked eagerly, his eyes lit up like light bulbs
Everyone looked at him a little dumbfounded before they laughed. Haibara patted him arm

Shoko was smirking, even yaga was chuckling
"No, like really, sensei? is she here in Japan? Why wasn't I informed about this earlier?"

Yaga was about to open his mouth when Geto's phone rang

Mayumi felt even more awful. It felt like she ruined it

With that, she cut the call
Looking up in the sky, her smile didn't faltered that day
But what Mayumi didn't know is when she would be sleeping, someone would be watching her from the window without any remorse of doing such a thing
