(what I imagine) you finally get to meet the boss and they got everyone lined up to make you intimidated or scared and as you walked down the row some of them whisper threats to make you "know you place" (or) your a big shot villian that know hero could catch and you do most of you crimes alone, but one day you where attacking some place and shigaraki sees you and ended up asking you to join the league or villians and you agree, and when you meet again everyone lines up to show respect to you since you could end each and everyone of them without breaking a sweat
