06. Let's meet

Anaisha's pov

I came back home around 9 as I went on a dinner with the lady I met in the business party as she wants to work with my company for her upcoming project and it went well... actually the whole day went well no more Mr Nanda, no more marriage talks and lastly no more drama...my life is again back to normal but I don't know why I'm having a bad feeling suddenly like something bad is gonna happen

After changing my clothes I went to meet my family in the living room as my family have a ritual of sitting together and talking before going to bed...as I entered the living room I heard bhai and papa talking about work while mumma and Arjun were watching some indian tv shows

I went towards the sofa and threw myself in it gaining everyone's attention... and to my surprise everyone looked at me with smile on their face but it was not a normal smile...they were showing all of their teeth..
"What?" I asked being confused

"What happened?" Arjun questioned me back instead of answering me with the same smile while the other family members were looking at me with a curious expression

"Huh?" I said being confused about what they were talking...to which bhai replied " Aree Anu what happened in your date "

I signed while rolling my eyes and answered
" nothing...no wait it was amazing!" And everyone was suprised at the same time happy but I added " turns out we both don't wanna get married so the marriage chapter is closed" hearing me their expression changed and it was clearly visible but still no one said anything and continued what they were doing earlier..

And after few minutes everyone left for their room including me... after entering my room I laid in my bed and Started to playing with my phone and after few minutes I heard mumma calling bhai and Arjun and she was sounding scared so I too went there to see what happened

I saw Arjun and bhai running towards mumma papa's room and I don't know why I was feeling scared and I too ran towards their room but after entering their room the scene that was infront of me was not something I was expecting to see... papa was in the floor holding his chest and his head was on mumma's lap who was crying nonstop while Arjun and bhai was kneeling beside them and calling papa and dialing someone's on the number on their phone..

My legs felt weak..I fell on my knee while tears were running down my face..my mind is blank I wasn't able to process what was happening..my body is shaking... then I saw bhai and Arjun carrying papa and running towards the front door and I followed them with mumma and saw the ambulance standing outside the house...

I'm in the car with Arjun we are following the ambulance in which papa is...mumma and bhai is with him and thankfully the hospital wasn't far from our house and we reached there soon and some hospital staff came and kept papa in the hospital bed and took him inside while we followed them I was holding Papa's hand then I noticed that he was closing his eyes
then the staff took him inside the OT and asked us to wait..

I was feeling so helpless at that time I felt as if my whole world stopped right there tears were coming out of my eyes... only if I would have listened to him this wouldn't have happened...it happened because of me... but now I promise papa please be ok and I will do whatever you want... please be ok please

Hours passed it was currently 4 in the morning but still there was no update on Papa's health maa has stopped crying but still isn't mentally stable now so Arjun is hugging her as her breath is becoming abnormal.....while bhai is standing still and constantly staring at the door of the room in which papa is...

That's when we heard the door open and the doctor came outside and we all rushed towards him...and mumma asked "doctor how is he right now?" waiting impaitently same as the other family members including me...to which the doctor replied with a worried expression "he is out of danger...it was his 2nd heart attack if he gets another one he won't survive so try to keep him as happy as you can... and don't give him any stress..."

Hearing him I replied "don't worry we will keep him happy...I will do anything I can to keep him happy...no matter what I will do it" the doctor left but after hearing me my family had a shocking expression as if they already know what I'm gonna do

"What are you planning to do Anu" asked bhai being worried same as mumma and Arjun to which I replied with a small smile " something that I should have done a lot earlier"...

"If you are going to do what we think you are...then no you will not do that!"bhai said with a demanding tone but instead of listening to him I replied firmly " I will bhai I will!"

Saying this I left from there because I don't wanna talk about this matter anymore because I have other things to deal with right now

Abhiraaj's pov

I wasn't able to sleep that whole night and my mind was filled with different thoughts and the things maa and Vihaan said was ringing in my head....It was 4 in the morning so I decided to go for jogging in hope that it will help me clear my mind.... but it didn't work

Even while jogging I was lost in my thoughts...then I guess I have decided what I want to do...so I took out my phone from my pocket and started to search Ms Chaudhary's number..... but the thing I was least expecting happen.......SHE CALLED ME INSTEAD...

Being confused about why she called me..I picked it up and the first thing she said was "Let's meet I have to discuss something important" her voice was sounding different it was cold the tone I have never heard from her .....I felt as if this Anaisha is different from the one I meet before..

But I replied her " ok at 9 in the cafe near my office I'll text you the address" just after I finished she hang up....

Then I called my personal assistant because I need something to be ready before I meet her.....
