In the soft glow of morning light, the room buzzed with the quiet energy of preparation. A day had passed since the unexpected announcement of their surprise honeymoon, and now, Farjaad and Umeed found themselves packing for their adventure.
As Farjaad neatly arranged his toiletries and ensured each item had its designated place, Umeed's suitcase seemed to be a mix of clothes, shoes, and travel essentials. The contrast in their packing styles became a reflection of the differences in their personalities.
Farjaad, with a meticulous air, neatly folded each garment before placing it in his suitcase. "Organization ek ahem cheez hai, Umeed. Aap wahan pohanch kar waqt cheezein dhoondnay main nahi zaaya karna chahti."
Umeed, on the other hand, seemed to take a more casual approach, tossing a variety of items into her suitcase. "Oh, come on, Sirf aik hi hafte ki trip hai. I'll manage just fine without a plan."
Farjaad, a hint of amusement in his eyes, observed her packing style. "Remember this jab aapko toothbrush na mil raha ho."
Umeed laughed, dismissing his concern. "Spontaneity can be fun, you know."
They zipped up their suitcases, the uncharted journey ahead seemed to mirror the blend of order and spontaneity they were learning to navigate in their arranged union. The suitcases, poised for the adventure, carried within them the echoes of their personalities, hinting at the playful and unpredictable nature of the journey awaiting them in Japan.

As Umeed and Farjaad stepped outside the Kansai Airport, a crisp breeze greeted them, carrying the scent of fresh mountain air. The view outside is mesmerizing blend of modern infrastructure and natural beauty. The sleek design of the airport complements the surrounding waterscape. Skyscrapers dot the horizon, and the vibrant cityscape is mirrored in the shimmering waters that surround the airport.
The exhaustion from their 8-hour flight lingered, but the breathtaking scenery provided a welcome distraction. Umeed rubbed her eyes, taking in the serene beauty around them. "Kitni khoobsurat jagah hai, MaShaAllah."
Farjaad, nodding in agreement, replied, "Indeed. Chalein phir, taxi lete hain hotel janay ke liye. Meri toh ankhein hi nahi khul rahi."
They hailed a taxi, and as they settled into the backseat, the scenic views of Japan unfolded through the window.
Umeed sighed, sinking into the seat. "Mujhse toh intezaar nahi horaha ke foran hotel pohanchu aur seedhe bed par gir jaun."
Farjaad chuckled, "Agreed. Humein iss waqt achi neend ki zaroorat hai"
As the cab navigated the winding roads, Umeed and Farjaad stole glances at the mesmerizing Kyoto landscapes.
The city lights began to twinkle as the cab approached their destination. Umeed yawned, "Ye jagah khuwabon ki tarah hai. Jab hum adhay neend mein nahi honge, tab isey sahi se explore karenge."
Farjaad, smiling, responded, "Deal. Lekin abhi ke liye neend pehli priority hai."
They arrived at the hotel, Umeed was appreciating the interior of the hotel and how minimalistic and beautiful it was. They walked side by side and reached the reception to collect the key to their room.
Upon checking into the hotel, Umeed and Farjaad eagerly made their way to their suite, anticipation for a peaceful rest slowly replacing the fatigue from their long journey. However, as they entered the room, a surprise awaited them,
There was only one bed.
Umeed, eyeing the room, exclaimed, "Ye kaisa mazak hai? Kya inhe pata nahi ke hum dou log hain?"
