Normally people will take a walk when there angry, sadness, or just lost in there minds. Walk in the woods and tell me what you hear. Not see, but hear. Only thing I would hear in, leaves, birds, and the sticks breaking when I walk on them. Leaves, the feels thats making me feel what Im feeling to make me want to go for a walk, being shaken off of me. Birds, the sound of relief of calmness entering my mind. Sticks, the built up anger being broken and released from my mind.
