He smiled and took a deep breath in, as what he did next could change his life as he knew it forever. "Um, Y/N?" He asked he caught your attention. "Would you like to be my lover?" He asked as your eyes widened in shock. "Of course I will! I was waiting for you to ask." You said and hugged him. "This is the best birthday gift I could ask for."

You two mainly tried to keep the fact that you were dating a secret from your students. But fate said otherwise.
You were in his classroom, just talking about anything and keeping him company while he worked on something. He looked at you, and then your lips. You immediately understood that he wanted a kiss. You moved a little closer to him and waited for his lips to touch yours.
Unfortunately for you guys and your need for secrecy, a student walked in the class, hoping to ask Professor Sharp a question, but instead saw you and him kissing. The kid slowly started walking back, mouth wide open. You looked back at the kid and said, " Well so much for keeping this a secret."

Phineas Nigellus Black - He honestly couldn't care less.
Matilda Weasley - She is happy that Professor Sharp found someone that makes him happy. She also thinks you are a really nice person and overall a joy to be around.
Mirabel Garlick - She absolutely loves you. She likes how you always take the time to listen to her talk on and on about plants.

It's normally just him shaking you because you're a very light sleeper and will wake up at the slightest bit of noise.

No. He will only go as far as calling you "love" or "dear" in public. But never an actual display of physical affection.

You unfortunately touched a venomous plant which made you faint on the spot. Luckily, someone found you and sent you to a nearby hospital. When Aesop heard about what had happened, he rushed to the hospital to see you. The moment he saw you, he scolded you for not being careful. You knew he was just worried about your well-being so you just smiled at him while that was happening.

He was just marking his students papers late at night with you by his side. He was so focused on his work that he didn't notice you slowly drifting off. You eventually fell asleep and leaned on his shoulder. He looked at you and chuckled, standing up to get you a pillow.
