MAYBELLE'S POV
Gavin explained.My heart raced.
"So I one day that I brought Maybelle home to see my family.That day she threatened my sister Avia.My family didn't take this seriously until Adam and Maybelle told us what was going on.As you know they injured us,but didn't kill us."he stopped and looked into my eyes.
A tear slipped down my face.I know I'm going to be in jail forever.I just wish I can tell the truth.Wait,I can we are in court and the boss is here.I whispered to the police.
"Umm,I have something to say."the officer nodded.
Gavin left the stand and I sat down.
"We didn't do this because we wanted to.Someone in this room killed my mother then threatened my dad and I.He held us against our will and forced us to do this."I cried.
The officers looked around the court room.They found the boss,they knew that it was him because his face turned red and he clenched his fists.
"Is that him?"the officer asked.
"Yes.My boss is Casey Lavere Butler."I broadly said.

SHAY'S POV
Casey didn't deny this statement.
"Yes it was me."he smiled.
He whipped a gun from his pocket and started shooting.How did he get through security?We started to run.I grabbed Daxton and Colette clinged tightly to Mckenzie.Brock was screaming.Instead of running out the door I saw Gavin run back towards the witness stand.He grabbed Maybelle's hand.They ducked and caught up to us.Colette was screaming I thought it was because of the situation so I picked her up and put Daxton down and we ran.

COLETTE'S POV
I was screaming because Casey took Mckenzie.We got outside.Emmi screamed.She was shot in the leg.The paramedics rushed to the scene.Emmi was bandaged up,but she refused to go to the hospital.Then Shay realized that Mckenzie was missing.He tried to run back in.
"Excuse me sir you can't go in their."the officer yelled.
"That maniac is my brother and my 3 year old daughter is in there."Shay cried.
The officer still denied him.

MCKENZIE'S POV
Uncle Casey grabbed me from mommy's arm whilst we were running.He stopped the loud noise and picked me up.I know that right now Uncle Casey is a bad guy so I try to pull away.His hold on my got stronger.He held me from my little blonde curl.I screamed in pain.
"Sweetie it's me daddy!"I heard my dad yell.
"Daddy!Help he is hur-"Uncle Casey covers my mouth and shoots the thing in his hand.I hear screaming.All of a sudden Maybelle and Gavin busted in the room.I pulled away from Casey and ran to Maybelle.She is nice now.Maybelle covers me and runs out.Before she lets me go to mommy,I hold onto her and hug her.She smiled and kissed my cheek.Mommy and the rest of the family were hugging me.All of a sudden I heard Gavin scream.Daddy ran inside.
