We follow a lonely student focusing on sleep and relaxation on his final year of high school. His few friends often tease him about girls like most adolescent boys do, while he wouldn't mind romance he doubts he'll ever find it, little does he know...
"Man what a summer!" a male voice says. "Hell yea it was Matt, first day of senior year is tomorrow. Want me to come pick you up?" another male voice responds over what sounds like a call. "Sure man, see ya tomorrow mornin David!" Matt responds.
"Goodnight world, time for a long awaited sleep" Matt says to himself before collapsing into bed and falling asleep almost instantly.
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEE-
The loud alarm is suddenly shut off by a groggy Matt. "Ugghhh, alreadyyy?" Matt says with a sigh wanting more sleep.
After about half an hour of getting ready Matt says goodbye to his family and patiently waits for his friend David to pick him up.
A black car pulls into the driveway blaring 80s pop.

"Heya Matt! Ready for the first day of school?" David says excitingly.
"Still kinda tired and why did you bring your cat dude?" Matt says as he gets in the car.
"Oh, my mom is going out for the day and I didn't wanna leave her home alone, hopefully Mr. P understands"
David hands Matt his cat and then the two make their way to school listening to the songs David was listening to when he pulled in.
"Thanks for the ride as always man, that walk just ain't it." Matt says as he gets out of the car.
"Don't sweat it bro, your house is on the way anyways" David says with a smile.
As the two walked toward the school they noticed a new student sitting alone under a dead tree playing an old guitar covered in stickers.
