Novalie Constantine (She/Her) The Second Hand in the Clock The Cult of Father Time has been in waiting for years. Letting the years drift by, ever so calmly and ever so harshly. Novalie was one of the first, at least of this generation. She was the embodiment of class, of virtue. Her radiance rivaled the first princess of Cogitatio. Yet, as the years went on they realized she could not Read. Paper and ink, words on a page, those were easy but minds... that was impossible for her. And a powerless lady was no virtue at all, but a curse. Cast away, she did as time saw already— she found Oswald, and from the very first moment they met she saw him. Saw everything in his past. She could not tell the present, and would never predict the future, but Novalie became the perfect archive of the past. She just wanted to find those that saw her too. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Asterope Laskaris (She/Her) Crackling Tides that Never Yield The Sea and the Islands see themselves as two different entities, serving two different purposes, with two different ways of life. The Land Dwellers live under Cordelia, the forgiving and kind. She deals in most international affairs so Queen Asherah of the Deep doesn't not have to. When Cordelia showcases her favor to those of the land, she sends them to Asherah. Yet, when Asherah finds traitors and scum, she sends them to the land. Asterope's mother had been one of these "scum." The woman had been unfaithful to their goddess and was thus cast out. Yet, on land, she found her love and her faith, and gained a new appreciation for the sea. For this, she had to make a difficult choice. The love that came to her from the sky, or the depths in which she called home. She chose her home, but went with a pregnancy she hoped would join their two worlds. Yet, upon her birth, something was wrong. And as the young girl grew older, her condition only worsened. The baby, with the given name of Asterope, was born with lightening embedded in her veins and the water electrified her all throughout her life. No amount of treatment would have saved her. And so Asherah banished her to the land. Her mother had to turn the other cheek to keep the home she fought to regain, and her father wanted nothing to do with her. So, Asterope traveled... She just wanted a home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
