She already had Blair's birthday present prepared, she had planned it out after the girl's last birthday, Nicola always gifted the Waldorf the best gifts, and that was because she planned it all out for a year.

      The present she had for Blair was top secret, no one knew what it was, not even Serena. She couldn't have anyone taking her idea for themselves all so that they could use it to impress the Waldorf, not that she believed Serena would do that, but the van der Woodsen wasn't the best at keeping her mouth shut. Nicola had made the mistake of telling the blonde a present she had planned for Blair four years ago, and well, someone found out and gave the same thing to Blair before Nicola could. It was a disaster, after that, the girl never showed up at Constance again, too scared incase Nicola would destroy her.

Anyways, the point was that this was going to be Nicola's best present yet for the Waldorf, and because they weren't on good terms at the moment, this would hopefully bring them back together. Nicola wasn't exactly the best at fixing situations, usually she just gave the person she was arguing with something very expensive and bam! Friends again. Hopefully it would work for her and Blair. It usually did.
