England/UK was pretty much the older brother or "father" of America (so you are pretty much shipping "father and son" or brothers)

its Canada who is Americas brother even though they say its not confirmed we all know there brothers

countries would have to know all of the other languages for example: america would probably know Japanese to communicate with japan or to ya know scare japan with a bomb
