"So, how is your egg?" Laptop asked Skull
"They are doing fine, I just hope they hatch soon." Skull answered
"Ha, and I thought you didn't like them! I guess Aunt Laptop strikes again!" Laptop said, clearly glad that she gave Skull the egg in the first place
"Please, don't call yourself that again." Skull said, just weirded out by Laptop calling herself AuNt LaPtOp
"Fine, I won't... not until your egg hatches!" Laptop said as she chuckled
"Yea, yea, fine. You can call yourself that when they hatch-" Skull started, but then... a crack was heard.
"Do you think..." Skull said
"Yup... it's happening..." Laptop said back
The egg started to crack more and start to shake... until eventually... a pair of eyes appeared out of the egg and arms came out of the shell
"What is it!? I'm so excited to be an actual aunt!" Laptop yelled, clearly excited
As soon as Laptop yelled that, the arms immediately go back into the shell
"Laptop! Your scaring them..." Skull said quietly, trying not to scare them
"Oh- sorry..." Laptop whispered
After a while, a little head peaked out. They seemed female... and was a white game device!
"Awww... she's a girl! And she seems to look just like you!" Laptop said, still excited about being an aunt
Skull stayed silent, just watching and trying to help the game device climb out of her shell.
"Alright fine ignore me then-" Laptop started, but Skull just shushed her. Laptop just crossed her arms in response
The game device eventually got out, with Skull's help of course.
"There we go... all safe now." Skull said gently
"Wow... you're a good dad, Skull!" Laptop said, surprised and excited about her new niece
"Say, what are we gonna name her?"
"I don't know-"
"Let's name her Game Girl!" Laptop interrupted Skull
"... that's terrible." Skull said
"What else is there, huh?" Laptop quietly yelled
Skull just looked at Laptop with a little anger
"Fine. if you don't like it, let's see if she likes that name!" Laptop said
"Alright... well little one? Do you like that name?" Skull said to her
The game device tilted her head for a minute, but she eventually nodded gently
"See! She does like it." Laptop said, clearly proud of herself
"Ok, fine. Her name is Game Girl. Only because she likes it." Skull responded
"Yes! Also, does this also mean that I get to call myself Aunt Laptop now?" She asked
"... fine." Skull said while sighing
The game device, now named Game Girl, slightly giggled from this. She seemed to find this funny
"Awwww, she finds this funny! Isn't that right, little Game Girl?" Laptop said as she booped Game's nose (kinda?? Does she have a nose??)
Game Girl just giggled more from this
"Heh, I guess this is a little funny..." Skull said
"I knew that you were going to move on!" Laptop said
"Wait wha-"
"I know, I know, that sounds confusing- but the reason I got you a child in the first place was so you moved on!" Laptop interrupted Skull
"Move on with what?" Skull said
"You know... the... death?" Laptop said gently, referring to... Computer's death
"Oh..." Skull said while sighing
Game Girl seemed to notice Skull looking sad, because she cuddled a bit with him to cheer him up
"I maayybee got a child so you could move on-" Laptop said, but she noticed Skull cuddling with his new daughter
"Heh, I'll leave ya to your cuddling so ya feel better..." Laptop said as she walked off
She said one more thing before she went up the stairs...
"Well, you moved on, with a child."
