While Ranpo was walking to his locker to get his books he saw Poe writing a note.
He quickly hid behind a wall and watched Poe slip the note into his locker before quickly running away. Ranpo ran to his locker to see what the note said, he opened the locker and took out the note, reading it. It was.... A love poem?!
Ranpo was shocked, staring down at the note before blushing intensely.
After school while Poe was packing up, Ranpo approached him with the note in hand
"Did you write this?" Ranpo asked to no answer.
"Did you write this?" Ranpo asked again before Poe finally replied
"Yes... I understand is you don't like it, it was probably a bit creepy for me to do that and I'm sorry if it made you uncomfortable-" Poe was in panic mode, thinking Ranpo didn't like his poem
"It's fine.. I just wanted to say that I think it's very sweet and I like it..." Ranpo said with a slight blush
Poe felt his face heat up "you do?.."
"Yea! It's nice" Ranpo smiled at Poe
Out of embarrassment, Poe quickly gathered his stuff and left leaving Ranpo alone with the note
