"You're going to see if you can get proof." Tony eyed me, "We need a spoken confession that Loki is indeed working with Thanos, and doing his dirty work."
"And you're trusting me because..?" I raised an eyebrow.
"He doesn't know you. And you're hardly afraid of him so maybe he'll give in." Tony nodded.
"Is that your way of saying I got a pretty face?" I scoffed slightly.
"If that's how you're taking it, sure." Tony smiled, "Now, come on. We need you in there."
He practically pushed me out the door and watched as I walked to the room where Loki was.
I had just been elected to join the Avengers, after being with SHIELD. They accepted me as soon as I asked because they knew what I could do.
I had a power but it was different. I didn't have to do anything but use my mind. It's like Wanda's, I suppose but I can hide what I'm doing better.
And well, it was what SHIELD used me for. I'd sit in a room, seduce a guy or talk through with a girl then I'd use my power to make them tell the truth. I just have to get them vulnerable.
I got to the room where Loki was held. I walked in then shut the door, seeing Loki in the cage designed for Bruce if he hulk'd out.
Loki glanced at me but then stared as I walked over to the door.
I grabbed a chair and sat down.
"Who are you?" He asked, his voice filling with curiosity.
"Agent Casi." I spoke.
Loki sat up and studied me, "Agent.. I haven't seen you around."
I chuckled softly, "I'm a transfer."
"Did they really have to call someone else to try to get me to talk?" Loki laughed as he kept eye contact.
"Depends." I shrugged, "You feel like talking?"
Loki's humorous mood dropped as he noticed how quick I was to respond to his smart ass remark.
Loki stood and took a couple steps, "I assume you know me."
"All I know is your name and some things you've done." I told him, "But would it kill you to tell me more?"
Loki showed a mischievous smirk, "I suppose not. What would you like to know?"
"Well, for starters.." I looked into his eyes, "What are you doing on Earth? I know Asgard is looking for its prince."
Loki scoffed, "I'm no prince. As for the other one, tell him to go back. He doesn't need to be here."
I raised an eyebrow, "Why don't you want Thor here?"
Loki looked into my eyes.
Right there, and then.. I was only able to get into his mind.
"Tell me the truth." I whispered.
His eyes widened, "I.. don't want him hurt."
"And what's gonna happen that could get him hurt?" I asked as I stood, making the connection stronger.
Loki took slow, stumbling steps towards me, "There's a force.. he's coming for all of.. us."
I got a lump in my throat as Loki and I were only inches away but the glass cage held a distance.
"Who's.. he?" I asked, slowly.
"Th.." Loki almost spoke but it was like he was fighting back my power.
I hit the glass, making him look at me, "Who is he, Loki?"
"Thanos.." He whispered, but I only heard it in my mind. Then he closed his eyes.
I closed my eyes, "I'm sorry.." I looked at him then fell on the ground unconscious.
I backed up, breathing heavily.
But quickly after.. Loki groaned as he moved. I watched with widened eyes as he slowly got up and looked at me.
Normally when I do this, that person is unconscious for hours.. how?
"You just.." He breathed heavily with anger as he stared at me, "WHAT DID YOU JUST DO TO ME?!" He yelled loudly.
"I got information." I got a lump in my throat.
"No!" He hit the glass, "You didn't do anything, you fucking-!" He stopped as he glared at me.
I narrowed my eyes to him and shook my head , "No, what? What am I, a bitch?"
"You're more than a bitch." He spoke, his words spitting venom, "You're a cunt."
I walked up to the glass, "You don't fucking scare me. If I were you, I'd shut the fuck up because I'm about to save your life."
Loki's eyes widened as he heard my words.
"Maybe Thor's right.. You do belong in a cell on Asgard." I spat venom back at him before I left the room completely.
I walked back to the room where Tony was and everyone else happened to be there too.
They must've watched the whole thing. They all looked at me.
"Are you happy?" I looked at Tony, "I'm done being a slave."
"What do we do now?" Bruce asked.
"Now, we keep him here while we destroy the portal." Tony spoke.
I stayed in the office, watching Loki through the security camera.
He kept quiet.. but looked around as if he was wondering what was going on outside.
A part of me felt bad.. it felt wrong to watch him like a prisoner but.. that's what he was. Although, I didn't want to see that.
I saw the good in Loki which.. seemed almost impossible to everyone else. But I always saw the good people.
How could someone like him ever be good? Well… I saw. And I'm the type of person who's looking for that good.
But now I realized something… Maybe I was meant to met him for a reason…
We stopped the war from happening but Loki still did great damage to Earth.
I tried my best to stay away from Loki, not wanting him to try anything.
Thor and Loki were being sent back to Asgard with the tesseract but.. Thor asked me to come secretly so later on that day, I used the bifrost to get through.
He knew that I wasn't from Midgard and I've always wanted to see Asgard so he took the chance he had.
Thor met me at the end of the bifrost then he brought me to the town. We walked around and he showed me the place.
Thor had to leave and help someone so I just wandered around. I ended up inside the kingdom's long halls and found a room where I heard talking.
I hid behind statues and watched to see… Odin and guards with a prisoner.
My eyes widened, but I shouldn't have been surprised.
It was Loki.
