She wants the silence, but hates the solitude.
LYARRA SNOW KNOWS WHAT SHE IS.
The bastard born daughter of Ned Stark has never been allowed to forget her place in the world. How could she, when everyone around her makes sure to remind her that she might have her father's blood and his looks, but his last name does not belong to her.
Lady Stark rarely acknowledges her existence and when she does, it is only to remind Lyarra that she is less than. Her younger sister enjoys reminding Lyarra that she's the true born daughter, even if Lyarra is the elder of them.
Even her brother, who shared the same womb as her reminds her constantly that they're less than. Though, he brings himself down far more than he ever does her and is the first to defend Lyarra when anything horrible is said about her.
Lyarra longs for more, she knows many have it much worse than her but she can't help but hope that one day her father will find it in himself to legitimise her and Jon. She knows he loves her, the way he calms her down after a dream and does not allow Lady Stark to send them away (even after she begs) proves that. Lyarra wants more, she can't help it.
She also wants to stop being plagued strange dreams. One night without visions of silver-haired knights, dragons flying in the sky and daggers piercing hearts would bring her peace.
