step up the romance ( Camilie x Moose) one-shots

(hopefully, I do this fantastic franchise justice here we go) (both characters are about the age of the 3rd step up movie)

Moose leaned into his car as he drank hid coffee he had gotten, now Moose was a lot of things but good at romance or feelings wasn't one of them. This wasn't like him. He and his best friend Camilie were meeting up and he was hella nervous and didn't know why he couldn't like her? Not his best friend, that was crazy.

"Moose, moose, hey what's up?" a female voice asked. The curly-headed male looked up to meet the chocolate-brown eyes of his best friend, "gosh she was beautiful-" "Hey Cam sorry, what's up?" he asked nervously trying hard to keep calm his heart was racing.

The female's laugh filled his ears and Moose shivered "You sleepy?" Camille asked as she reached over and ruffled up her hair, "I was asking if you wanted to go get some lunch before class starts" she asked keeping her hand in his hair before moving it a few moments later. She smiled softly even after all these years he was still that dorky fun goofball that she had come to know, and yes even love she would admit it.

Moose nodded "Of course, I love spending time with you," he said with a boyish grin as he got up using her shoulder which was a mistake it got the pair a little too close and this made the male blush and slowly back away he scratched the back of his neck "sorry Cammy," he said softly his eyes meeting the ground.

She smiled and decided to be brave reaching over and using his chin to make him move his eyes to meet hers. "I didn't move for a reason Moosie," she said softly, she leaned over and kissed his cheek before backing away slowly "Let's go! You buying, and I want burgers," she said as though they didn't have a moment.

Moose smiled and happily Re joined her as he decided to be brave and wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her cheek "Anything you want beautiful" he said happily pulling her closer as they walked towards his car.

"Gosh, she made him happy before getting in he pulled her into him and nuzzled his face into her neck "You mine" he purred quickly kissing her neck and cheek before letting her go he winked at her before hopping in. Leaving the brunette standing there flustered before getting in

"I hate you" Camille mumbled as she gently punched his arm before hiding her very dark red face in his shoulder as he held her hand as he drove. He understood now, he was in love with his best friend and gosh he couldn't be happier.
