Dexter woke up, their eyes darted around, and they realized that they were in a cabin. The cabin was warm. They were also in a bed, a comfy one. They wanted to just sleep forever in the bed
"You're awake," a man said
Dexter looked up at the man (it's Ignacio, I'm not explaining his looks). The man looked down at dexter in the bed
"You were unconscious on the ground. Do you know what's in this forest?" He asked
Dexter didn't know how to reply. He was still scared of what had happened in the forest
"I-i was called here to get rid of a rat problem. The house was supposed to be in the forest, " dexter replied
Ignacio stared for a second
"I didn't call for a rat problem. We don't even have rats in the forest, " Ignacio replied
Dexter was startled as he realized that he was possibly set up to get attacked
"You have a scar on your face, just wanted to tell you," Ignacio said as he took a sip out of his coffee
"O-oh, okay," dexter replied. Now he knew where the pain was coming from
Ignacio sighed as he looked at dexter, dexter looked around 30 (he is, bob is 40, so is Ignacio, sorry for changing the ages)
"Look, i get that you're scared and afraid, but you have to understand what you saw isn't your imagination," Ignacio said as he looked at dexter. He began to notice dexter tearing up
"Are you okay?" Ignacio said, his tone soothing and calm
"Y-yeah, I'm just scared," dexter replied
Ignacio knew dexter was afraid of it
"Look, the smiling devil might look like a monster, but it isn't....it was my friend," he replied
"Wh-what?" Dexter looked confused
"You won't get it. That devil is my friend...well it was, " he said
Dexter was shocked by what Ignacio said. They were friends??? Dexter thought it was always this fluffy creature that roamed the earth and just revealed itself
Before Ignacio could speak any further, they heard a loud crash coming from the kitchen, Ignacio looked shocked when he heard it. Dexter was obviously scared
