Chapter 7 Jaune meets Winter

"No," said Jaune, "I hand you a 9mm pistol because close combat isn't your strong suite." Jaune open his hand causing Winter to hand him back the pistol, "9mm pistols aren't ideal for close combat, and you need a weapon that can be used at all range. Now this is my close combat weapon." Jaune said as he pull out a katana from his side and show it to Winter. Winter eyes widen as she looked the sword over, due to the shape and design of the sword it seem familiar. Jaune smirk as he notice Winter expression, "This is a Katana, and since you like close combat I believe you will get use to the sword fairly fast." Jaune said as he put the Katana back, "Now I'll set up an identity for you." Jaune lead Winter toward a office area which had several computers and monitors. Winter was awestruck as she look on, due to the tech she had never seen before and how advance the computers were. Jaune notice Winter awe, "It's seem your impressed."

"Woah look at the technology and weapons." Ruby said gushing at the stuff

"I wonder if Jaune will let us touch some of those." Weiss said

"Not happening bitch." Elena said

"Very much this tech is way more advanced than back home." said Winter still looking at the computers, "What do you need me to do?" Winter asked breaking out of her awe. Jaune then had Winter sit down at the computers and he started teaching her the system. Winter pick it up fairly quick and was able to navigate the computer quickly, which surprise Jaune. After several hours, they manage to make Winter an identity. Winter was currently Winter Schnee an american citizen who is of Japanese origin and is working with Jaune , "So this is my identity?"

"Yup," said Jaune, "Once it become morning, we will start looking for an apartment. Since we can't use dust here I'll teach you to use guns. We will also going shopping for clothes." Jaune said looking toward Winter clothes

"What wrong with my outfit?" Winter asked as Jaune looked at her

"Are you going to wear the same outfit every day? And besides you clothes don't fit the culture here." Jaune said as Winter looked embarrassed

Winter sighed, "Can I at least keep this outfit." Winter asked causing Jaune to smirk

"I was planning to have you wear your Atlas military outfit for close combat practice." said Jaune as Winter sigh knowing the reasons behind it

"It seems close combat training is going to be a priority," said Winter, "When do we start." Jaune smiled

"Tomorrow we will start." said Jaune, "Let go find a place to eat and I'll show you the city." Winter followed after Jaune

"That was the start of your training." Ei asked as Winter nodded

"Lucky bitch." Qrow said only to be hit by Winter snowball

Several months later Jaune was slowly building trust with Winter as the ice queen slowly made progress in mastering guns and katana. Winter had also started her business degree while helping Jaune run the CEO. Winter started to feel happy that someone was giving her a chance and was actually willing to have her stay in their world, which surprise her. But she was also happy because she didn't have to worry about a arranged marriage. She was also happy that the trust they were building was real and not forced.

Currently Jaune and Winter were walking down the street just enjoying themselves with Winter was wearing a white skirt with legging and black t shirt with leather jacket. Winter had slowly started to like Earth, and was having a great time as she learned more about Earth. Jaune notice Winter cheerful mood and was smiling a genuine smile with her , "I see you enjoying yourself." Jaune said as Winter smiled toward Jaune
