Your OC's crush has been possessed by Eclipso (he is the Marvel equivalent to Jekyll and Hyde, but Hyde's spirit can possess anyone). Eclipso has been trying to possess as many powerful heroes and villains that he can so that he may gain an army. The possessed OC's crush lures the OC away from the public in an attempt to try to possess your OC as well. When your OC figures out the truth and tries to escape while wanting to free their crush, Eclipso wants it in his power to possess your OC
