Chapter One: The byers are back

Wills POV

We have finished packing and now we are loading the moving truck. I'm scared, really scared. I mean I know Vecnas gone and all, but it's Hawkins, and the people there aren't the best. At least I get to see all of my friends again, and Mike. I've come to terms that he'll never love me back, but that doesn't mean I'm not excited to see my best friend.

El is walking over to be "Will can you help me carry this?" I'm kind of lost in my own thoughts so I don't respond right away. "Will?" She asks again.

"Huh? Oh yeah!" I walk over, El says I've grown buff well we've been here. I don't really think so but I did have to go up a size in my clothes cause my arm muscles. The gym is a really good way to get anger out. Anyway I walk over to her box and pick it up easily and walk it to the truck throwing it in. "Damn I could barley lift that with my powers." She said giggling behind me. "Ha ha we both know you definitely could."

El's POV

I can't wait to see Max!!!! I guess I'm sort of excited to see Mike too. I talk to him all the time though so I'm really excited to see all of our other friends too. I think this is the year Will is going to get a girlfriend, he's become very buff. He says he just likes going to the gym.

He carried a very heavy box for me. Now we are in the car, I can't wait!

Mikes POV

I'm practically jumping with excitement, they're going to be here any minute now. I can't wait to see will, his cute petite body and gorgeous eyes. What the hell I'm not gay. Whatever I'm excited to see El too. Oh that's their car! I run downstairs to the door and whip it open, their new house is across the house from mine! It's perfect! I see El, she hasn't noticed me yet, where's will though? Whatever I'll find him. I run across the street basically sprinting from joy. I get across the street...

That's when I see him, he's carrying a few boxes stacked on top of each other. His arms, are, muscular? Since when? But it's so attractive. Wait what no! I mean he's gorgeous, his eyes, his hair, everything about him is pretty but it's just because I've known him so long. Yeah that's it. "MIKEY!" I hear a voice squeal and then arms around my torso. I'm still staring at Will who's now almost all the way inside. "Oh hey El I didn't see you there!" She giggles at my statement.

We stand talking for a minute but something's pulling me to go hug will and tell him how very much I missed him. So that's exactly what I do "El I'm gonna go say hi to will." I say walking off, she looks kind of irritated I must've cut her off or something but I can't even care I'm so excited to talk to Will again.

I'm looking all over and can't find him anywhere. That is until I hear his,perfect, voice. "MIKE!" Then I hear running and I turn around just fast enough to be bombarded by a huge bear hug. "WILL!" I say finally hugging back. "I missed you so so much" I whispered into his ear. "I missed you more" he whispered back. I let go of the hug to see his bright red face.

Wills POV

"Not possible" he says and that's when I realize he's blushing, am I blushing. Probably. "Well you've gotten quite, uh, muscular" he says barley loud enough for me to hear. I feel my eyes go wide. "Oh uh, I guess. The gyms a good way to get out my unwanted feelings." I say shrugging my shoulders. "I'm still pretty short though" I say giggling "yeah, short buff Byers" he says laughing. I blush even more.

"Well can I help you unpack" he says after a few seconds of comfortable silence. "YES! That would be super helpful!" I say happy he wants to help me instead of his girlfriend. I love her and all but I'm allowed to be a jealous guy. "Would you want to have a sleepover?" I ask wishing and praying he says yes. "100%" he responds.

We finish packing pretty quickly and then when I hear him clicking a Morse code machine. He's sending a message? To who. "Whatcha doing?" I ask paying attention to what hes clicking. "Oh nothing" he says well sliding it into his pocket. "Come on, I've got something I want to show you!" He yells graving my hand.

After what felt like years of running we are around the area where castle Byers used to be. "Mike, what are we doing here" I ask nervously. "Close your eyes" he says covering my eyes. We walk a little further and I start to her giggling but it's not mike. Who is it? "Okay, 3, 2, 1!" He says removing his hands to show a new castle Byers. With a big wooden sign the reads "Castle Byers 2" with blue and yellow paint in mikes hand writing. I could recognize it anywhere. "Oh my god!" I yell and suddenly out comes the whole party, including El. "SURPRISE!" Everyone yelled in unison. "OH MY GOD GUYS!!!" I was freaking out, but of excitement for once in my god damn life. "YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!"

We all hung out for a very long time all together. Then me, mike and el all walked home. It was finally time for the sleepover.

Hey guys so this is my first fanfic so please be patient. I don't even know if anybody is going to even read this but if you do, enjoy. This is an idea I had in a dream. Hope that's not creepy. Anyway the sleepover is in the next chapter and kinda spoiler warning mikes gonna mess up.
