- CHAPTER 30 -

Kazutora stiffened when Chifuyu leaned his forehead on his shoulder, looking at him, Kazutora smiled and placed one of his hand on top of Chifuyu's head and started combing his hair

"Sorry, Chifuyu. I'll tell you everything tomorrow... I promise"Kazutora whispered before lifting Chifuyu off the ground, his arms beneath Chifuyu's legs and back

"You better not run away"Chifuyu glared at him as they ascend the stairs

Kazutora chuckled before nodding"I promise, Chifuyu"he spoke before they entered their room

The next morning, Fuyu woke up early and finds the teens in the living room, the tv was on, but they were too busy whispering to themselves to even notice him

"You guys okay?"he asked, making the teens jump in their seats before facing him

"We-We're fine, Fuyu-kun"Baji replied nervously

"Ye-Yeah... We're just discussing how to deal with Tenjiku, Fuyu-kun"Hakkai nodded with a smile on his face

Fuyu tilted his head to the side, with one of his eyebrows raised, before shaking his head lightly and smiling

The teens exchanged glances, which wasn't unnoticed by Fuyu, but he didn't really see anything unusual, or heard anything when he was descending the stairs, so he shook it off

"What do you guys want for breakfast?"he asked as he makes his way towards the kitchen

At this, the teens immediately suggested a ton of dishes they've been wanting to taste, Fuyu happily obliged them on some of the said dishes, since they have the ingredients for it

He'll just have to go grocery shopping again, to refill their fridge and stock up on ingredients

That reminds him... After this, he and Tora will have a very serious talk with just the two of them, unless of course... Takemichi needs to hear said information

Not long after, Tora woke up and helped him prepare breakfast, they both noticed how the teens seems to be watching the two of them, whenever they were near each other

Fuyu really didn't think of it much, since they might've thought him and Tora fought or something, which wasn't true, but he'll never tell them that

They don't need to worry about the problems he and Tora has right now, since they're currently being targeted by Tenjiku, which is probably because of Kisaki, who still wanted to control Toman and Mikey

Speaking of that bastard, the two of them never really knew why Kisaki wanted to control Toman, or Mikey for that matter, like... At all

Did he wanted to rule Japan? Or did he do this because of something else?

Fuyu exchanged glances with Tora, who seemed to be thinking the same thing, they glanced towards Takemichi's direction before nodding to each other

They're gonna have to ask Takemichi if he knew something about Kisaki, other than wanting to rule over Toman and killing the others

During breakfast, Fuyu can't help but feel like something's definitely going on with them, because even Koko and Inui were doing the same thing

Is Fuyu supposed to ask why? Because he's getting uncomfortable with their staring and subtle flinches, whenever he, or Tora, speaks with one of them

Heck, even Takemichi's doing the same thing, he's reactions are much more obvious than the others though, since Takemichi can't act to save his life

Fuyu swears to god...
