Pragya, a gynecologist, comes across an injured girl Kiara who addresses her as mumma much to her surprise. When she's asked by Abhi to be her caretaker, she's shocked to see her portrait with baby Kiara.
Later, Pragya entered his house with Kiara and Abhi. Kiara was constantly pulling at her hand and she also didn't say anything. Just as she entered, she looked at the portrait on the wall and got shocked. The portrait was of her with baby Kiara.

Kiara nodded and went to her room. Anurag and Prerna came there, they were surprised to see Pragya. She folded her hands on her chest and looked at Abhi.
