She starves herself to prove to the world she can be perfect.
She starves herself so people will love her.
She starves herself so Ana will love her.

'You will be beauty in everyone's eyes.
You will be the envy in everyone's pride.
You will be skin and bone.
You, will be the beauty and perfection you deserve, and everyone else desires.
I'm just a genie in a bottle, here to make your wishes come true.'

She hides her food so no one will notice.
She pins her clothes so no one will notice.
She makes plates dirty so no one will notice,
But hey all notice.

'You're not trying hard enough!
More, more, lose more weight!
Starving isn't enough, I shall call Dee.'

Dee make her cut her beautiful skin and leave harsh lines, leaving a scarlet trail and a slash to the pale easel that was her body.

'Dee isn't helping us, all she is doing is getting in the way.
Be afraid of food.
Don't trust what the doctors say.
Be afraid of water.
They're hiding things inside of that hideous drink.
Be. Afraid.'

All she wanted was perfection;
Instead she got rejection.
Her illness was an infection,
Changing her life's direction.

Ana, the thorn in her side;
The things she had to hide.
All the nights she had cried.
All the drugs she had tried.
Ana, was her suicide.
