Chapter Two - A... Sleepover..?
Good... Morning? It is 12AM and I was a bit bored, I hope this chapter won't be too short like chapter one.
It has been quite a while since I've updated this, chapter three of The Fashion Designer and Lawyer will come out after this.

Lan Xichen and Jin Guangyao were talking in the dining hall of Carp Tower. "A-Yao, it has been quite a while. If you don't mind, may I ask you a question?" Lan Xichen started as Jin Guangyao took a sip of his tea before placing it back down on the table.
"Ah, Er-Ge, you can always ask me anything!" Jin Guangayo said with a smile to which Lan Xichen smiled back. "Why did you invite me today at Carp Tower for tea?" Lan Xichen asked.
"I mean, it's not like I mind but I was just a bit curious." Lan Xichen added as Jin Guangyao gave him a light chuckle. "Mm, I just wanted to see you, Er-Ge." Jin Guangyao said with a smile plastered on his face.
"Ah, is that so?" Lan Xichen chuckled, Jin Guangyao nodded his head at Lan Xichen's question, sipping on his tea once again.
They talked and talked for a while, soon it became night time and Lan Xichen still hasn't went back to Cloud Recesses, making Qiren worry.
"Ah it seems it has reached night time, I should maybe go now." Lan Xichen said, looking at Jin Guangyao. Jin Guangyao got up and patted Lan Xichen's shoulder in a friendly way. "Er-Ge, you can sleep at Lanling Jin. I don't want anything to happen to you now would I?" Jin Guangyao stated as Lan Xichen chuckled.
"I appreciate Lianfang-zun's invitation but I think Grandmaster Lan will be worried if I don't go back." Lan Xichen replies as Jin Guangyao sighed softly. "Please, Er-Ge? Just sleep here at Lanling for tonight." Jin Guangyao pleaded.
Lan Xichen hesitated at first but gave in.
Lan Xichen ended up sleeping in Lanling after all. Jin Guangyao was happy that he made Lan Xichen stay, Jin Guangyao slept peacefully and so did Lan Xichen.
