I'm sorry I'm back again, but I just don't understand.
How can you stand there every day, see me every day, hear about me every day, and not get hurt?
How do you not feel that pain in your chest every single time we see each other?
How are you so nonchalant?
Please tell me, I need to know, please.
It hurts everywhere because you're everywhere. I feel you everywhere.
In my mind, in my heart, in my soul.
I feel you and it hurts because I can't have you. It's always been easy to turn away from people, to not allow myself to care too much, but with you, it's damn near impossible.
Why have you bewitched me so hard? Why have you made it so hard for me to move on and forget how my heart leapt every time you smiled?
Why can't you care too?
If you had come back, I would have forgiven you a million times over.
Because it hurts that you aren't around.
And while you may have never meant it, I did.
I meant when I said it.
I meant when I said I love you.
