Thoughts, Feelings, and History:
Annika is very motherly, caring, loyal, loves playing with her prey/enemies, clam(at times), she is very flirty and loves pulling pranks and jokes on others, she can be very intimidating and stubborn, cold(at times), she is very protective of Maria even though she knows Maria is 1000 time stronger than her. Is very stealthy and very intelligent when it comes to ambushes, assignations, kidnappings, and trapping. She is also a bit of a pervert mostly to females.
Annika is one of only the very few people who have seen Maria's soft and loving side but has also witnessed first hand on how evil and cruel she could be which makes her very horny. Annika is only afraid of Maria when she has what she calls the look of death:

where a simple glare feels like it will kill you, other than that Annika isn't scared of Maria, and will do all she can to please her crush and is always at her beckon call to make Maria and her friends comfortable. However Annika only has one rule that she makes very clear to Maria that she will not under any circumstance would she hurt or kill a child or baring mother and would even go so far as to protect that individual with her very life.
Annika LOVES to be dominated by Maria it is her drug per say. Annika finds it easier to catch those off guard easier when they think there in control while dominating her. Annika's number one dream is to have Maria bare her eggs given how rare her species is. The simple though of it makes Annika horny for Maria.
History
Annika was found by Maria while she was looking for spell ingredients in the Frozen mountains. Annika was interested in this little girl not knowing who she really was so she spied and followed her unaware that Maria knew Annika was behind her the whole time. It was only when Maria ran into a small pack of 4 Ice Mites (15 ft long poisonous centipedes that spit acid to make tunnels though the ice.) Annika without a second thought jumped in between the mites and Maria much to Maria's surprise thinking that Annika was just going to try and eat her.
As Annika and the Mites fought Maria was very impressed by her powerful ice magic as Annika turns a mite into a frozen stature only to smash it with her front arms before biting off the head of another mite. Seeing an opportunity while Annika was trying not to get choked to death by the mite wrapped around her throat, the other mite charged a Maria. But what surprised Annika was Maria her eyes glowing a dark yellow as her right hand glowed with a black aura as the Ice mite that tried to attack her floats in mid air wiggling and screeching in pain as it shrivels and collapses into an empty husk before the other mite around Annika was pulled off her and she witnesses each leg get torn off the mite one by one as Annika sees a crazed smile on Maria's face the whole time as the mite screams with agony before having it's head crushed in like a tin can.
Annika was in awe and slightly turned on by the performance she just witnessed thus starting a life long friendship.
