FELIZE'S POV

I just get here in our school. And unexpectedly, i saw Tita Irene. She's too early naman yata, ang sipag. For real, ang guests ang bahala kung kailan nila gustong pumunta rito at kung kailan sila aalis so i am just a bit shocked for a person who has a very big part in this school na mag bigay ng masyadong atensyon sa paaralan namin.

I am not judging those whom i can say that doesn't give importance to this school of ours, it's just that, we all know na hindi lahat ng investors or whatsoever ay nagbibigay ng ganitong importansiya sa school. They don't even attend events like this because this is just pipitsugin for the some of them. Don't get me wrong, huh.

She's now focusing her stares on me so i waved and smiled at her. I ran towards her position.

“Hi!” I exclaimed.

“Hello. How are you doing?” She replied to me.

“Doing fine, i know you do too.” I said and let out a small laugh at the end.

Tumawa rin siya at inayos ang suot niyang longsleeve. “I saw you yesterday.” Aniya.

“You do? When?”

“Kagabi. Talking with Mr. Araneta. Looks like you guys are discussing something serious so i didn't bother to call you. I was just passing by.” She answered.

“A-Ah...” i awkwardly hummed.

“This may be too personal pero can i ask if what you guys exactly are? I am just curious because you're carrying the same surnames.” She let out a awkward laugh at the end of her statement.

“H-Hindi po kami magkaano-ano, Tita. Nagkataon lang siguro na pareho kami ng surname.” Pagsisinungaling ko. Ramdam ko na may gusto siyang malaman kaya minaigi kong hindi magpadaig sa damdamin ko kahit gusto kong sabihin na ama ko siya.

Tanging tango lang ang natanggap kong responde niya sa sinabi ko, mukha namang kumbinsido siya.

“Yeah, right. Bakit nga ba hindi ko naisip yun?”

Nagawa kong ilihis ang usapan pero lingid naman sa kaalaman ko na nahalata niya ang pag iwas ko sa usaping 'yon.

May tiwala naman ako kay Tita Irene at sa totoo nga lang ay sobrang gaan ng loob ko sa kanya, pakiramdam ko walang makakapanakit sa akin kapag kasama ko siya. Every caress of her hand, the way she hug me everytime i need it, everytime i feel so down and her comforting words are always there for me, it feels like that's the treatment I've been longing for.

Days passed and tapos na ang event, next week start na naman ng normal days sa university, school calvary is waving again. I need to focus on my studies again because it's my responsibility not just as a student, but also for being a daughter of my dad.

I am here at the mall today because i need to buy something, malapit lang naman yung SM na 'to sa tinitirhan ko kaya nilakad ko lang talaga siya. Funny. Naka-pajama pa nga ako kase as what i've said, it's not that far ahead from my household. Yet, hindi naman ako lang yung inuugaling mag-mall na gan'to lang yung suot, it's so comfy rin kaya.

“Hello, Felize!” I heard a shout of my name from someone sa may stationary section kaya napalingat ako dun.

Oh, it's Samirah. She walked towards my place and started chitchatting while i am busy getting my needs. After ko nito, i am going to eat breakfast dahil sobrang gutom na talaga ako.

Pero natatagalan pa ako rito because i've been looking for something na wala na ritong display pero may stocks pa naman daw kaya ando'n yung saleslady kumukuha. While this pretty woman keeps bothering me with her nonstop mouth, I don't even know where the hell she got those energy of hers nang ganito kaaga. Fully charged siya.
