Clarifications:
This story will be inspired by some parts and events of the manga.
Here Midoriya Izuku controls 40% of One For All at the time of the fight with class B and the Black Whip has just awakened.
Midoriya will awaken all the gifts of One For All, for the writing of this story the remaining gifts outside of the black whip have not yet been revealed so I invented the others. There will be 7 in total, the same One For All plus the other 6 that the previous carriers had except All Might and Midoriya since they do not have 7 different gifts)
The liberation army will not be present and Tartaros will be on the outskirts of a city but still close to the sea.
