The winner of the Ed Sheeran contest was announced yesterday morning and it wasn't me. Congrats to the lucky winner, and even though I didn't win, I had a lot of fun making my video with my friends.
Thank you to everyone who voted for us! I appreciate every single one of you that took the time to try and help us. Even though I didn't win, today I am able to say that I'm only an hour's drive away from Ed Sheeran himself. It's not as close at standing right next to him, but it's still kind of cool. I hope everyone has fun at the concert today.
In other news, I'm trying to write new songs but I have several different projects I want to do this summer and I know I won't finish all of them. I actually got an idea for a currently untitled new song today and it will have a piano part with it! It sounds really cool on the piano but I'm still working on the words. If I get the time to finish it, it may or may not be the next thing I post here. I'll talk to you all when that time comes around!!
