The devil

As I was breathing heavily I closed my eyes and black out. I slowly open my eyes to see what was going on lucifer was holding me tight and was looking down at me in concern I was wondering what was going on but I couldn't speak I was to taken back by what just happened.. I finally get a word out my mouth "what happened"

"Your safe that's all that matters" his voice so soft and concerned but at that moment everything came back to me the fight pierce the bullet his voice screaming "no! no! Detective" I couldn't speak again it all just overwhelmed me to much I couldn't handle it lucifer was still holding me it gave me comfort
"We.. we need to find pierce" I said catching my breath.

I go to stand up and look behind me and see lucifer has gone I heard glass shutter and screaming and gun shots.but it stops and I get a call from Dan. "Hi dan?"

"Hey chloe.. it all a trap" his shaky voice trembling hoping chloe is okay

"Dan I know I know.. we had to find out the hard way. Pierce he tried to kill us" the feeling wouldn't go away the screams from lucifer or what would of happened if he didn't save me Trixie wouldn't have a mom that what worried me the most

"What are you okay" dans voice more worried and shaky the emotions rolling in even though they are divorced he still cares and hope chloe is okay

"Yeah I'm okay, I don't know how but I am.. or maybe.. I do know maybe I have been avoiding the biggest truth this whole..." I here gun shots as my hart drop all I can think about is lucifer is he okay what it's happening my hart racing faster and faster

"I have to go"...

Lucifers pov

pierce is shooting lucifer over and over but nothing is happening. Lucifer just stands there and laughs in his face " the detective is far enough away you can't hurt me!"

" no that's good I came prepared" pierce pulls out a demon blade lucifer starts to get a bit worried as the demon blade is the only thing that can kill him but he keeps it together

" I guess it's a fair fight" pierce swing as fast as he can but just missed lucifers head by an inch lucifer giggles and grabs him and doesn't let go

" now what are you going to do run away.. brother"
Lucifer turns the demon blade around and stabs pierce but pierce doesn't seem to care that he's been stabbed

" now I'm dying I don't know what i was so afraid of.. I'm going to heaven" he starts to laugh as lucifer bends down and looks him in the eye

Lucifer turns in to his devil form and laughs "your not going to heaven you bitch see you in hell" as pierce dies lucifer stands up and look behind him and there was chloe.. she never new lucifer was actually the devil she was in shock she couldn't move or run away she just stood there and saw lucifers devil face "it's all true"

the feelings of regret and heartbreak rushed though lucifers body as he realised she would never be the same again.

" Detective.." the LAPD backup rushed in lucifer turns back in to his normal form and chloe gets taken to hospital to check her gunshot injurie. Lucifer just stood there and didn't move thinking what will happen next..

"Chloe.. chloe are you okay. We have got pierce but he's dead" dan said why concerned for Chloe's health
He sat down next to her and gave her a hug.

"I need some time alone sorry Dan.." chloe slowly looking down dan understood and left her alone.
Her mind racing over and over not knowing what she saw the words 'it was all true' playing over and over in her head.
