I just wanted to get the groceries

Groceries/chapter 1

A/N this is going to be my first book because I am writing on the website,I had to do a lot of stuff that took like five minutes to get to this point,anyways I hope its not to bad :]

(Btw she is around 20,female and it is a y/n also she lives alone)

I sighed internally,I was staring into my almost secluded fridge,otherwise saying,it was most definitely empty and I had to go and buy more groceries...great.My phone started to ring and I answered it,my mom was on the other side."hi mom,uhm do you need something?"

I closed my fridge and started to get ready to go."honey,I know your all grown up with your g.e.d and all,so me and your father will be heading out to Los Vegas tonight and will be back next week.so we think you can handle your self for a while."I rolled my eyes at their parent-ness."mom,I can handle myself while your out on your vacation or whatever."if being immediately hung up on wasn't a sign,then I didn't know what was with this damn world.

30 minutes later---

'Okay,finally done',I have a slight smirk.I began to make my way out the door and grabbed my keys on the way out,I open the door to my car which was an impressive Ferrari, okay I lied its just a Honda but at least I have a car.

I sat in the drivers seat and started to back up out of my driveway and onto the road.

-five agonizing minutes LaTeR---

I arrived at (fav grocery store) and I had to park in between two people that I was seriously considering didn't know how to park in the lines.

I got out of my car,putting my thumb on the car door so it doesn't hit the car next to me.I shut my car door and locked it with my car keys."beep beep"So satisfying.I walked up to the trolly section or whatever they called these things and put in my last quarter to get a cart.

I rolled the shopping cart into the store and started to traverse the aisles,I didn't really bring a shopping list so I just explored and tried to find anything that looked somewhat interesting.

I picked out marshmallows,Cheeseitz,A box of gram crackers and  a few fruits and vegetables.as I was walking through the aisle of bathroom necessities a shiver ran down my spine.I was glancing around but decided I must be a bit delusional from all this shopping.But I knew when I was delusional my brain was in denial like a river in Egypt, so I kept my guard up.not like it would help in any sort of situation except not getting a heart attack.

After getting some soap,shampoo and conditioner I began heading to the cashier.

Very shortly after checking out===

=.= I was finished checking out,landing at a price of 83$,I racked my wallet and paid using debit.I started to internally scream at the price tag,but yaknow average people got average money.Friday for life,I loved paycheck day and the sweet taste of the weekend,two whole days to do whatever the hell you want.

I walked out holding my grocery bag,something felt...off.as I walked out of the store front and onto the street a loud "screeeeeeech" caught my attention, A shadow belittled me and my face turned white at the realization.

hi Hope you don't mind this chapter,its the first I have actually written...but yak now people gotta start somewhere so hope you enjoyed it so far.This chapter was kinda short so,yea.
