Chapter 1

Kasie's POV

   It was a Monday morning, I was laying in bed staring at the ceiling, my alarm already went off two minutes ago, so I laid there sighing waiting a couple of more minutes before I actually get up.

  After some more minutes I finally got up, heading towards my bathroom to have a nice warm shower. When I finished I got out of the shower, wrapping a towel around my body and headed straight towards my closet pulling out my 5SOS shirt and putting it on, with my skinny jeans and favorite vans of all time.

  When I finally finished I grabbed my bookbag, slinging it over my shoulder, and started my way downstairs to the kitchen grabbing an apple and started my on my way.

  Once I got to school, I went up to my locker already spotting the one and only Evie. As I approached I grinned at her and said "Heyyy Evie" she looked over at me rolling her eyes "Hey Kasie" her lips trying to hold back a smile. "You ready for first period with you know who?" I said trying not to giggle and blush like an idiot. Evie laughed at me and nodded her head, and headed into class.

We both spotted the rest of our friends, Tionna, Kayla, Nat, Hailey, and Keke. We walked over to them smiling. "Hey guys" we both said in uninson, they all looked up at us and grinned with a glint in there eyes, I couldn't explain."Hey" they said drawing out their y's for some reason. "Guess what we found out today..Kasie" Nat said smirking. I looked at her, like she was crazy."What?!" I asked almost scared of what she'd say. "Justin is single..."

  I was hoping I heard her right "What?" I asked again making sure she wasn't lying to me. "He's a single Pringle" this time Hailey spoke up for Nat. When I heard her say that i flipped acorns. "oh my gawd yes! He can marry me now and have my children! Yes yes yes!" I yelled and started dancing like a maniac, while my friends laughed.

  Suddenly their laughter stopped, while I ketp yelling my chant, Kayla and Keke were making gestures of some sort but i thought they were just being weird, but when I did a spin I was met with eyes I didn't want to be met with. Oh no, my life is completely over, I'm a gonner' I thought in my head as Justin stared at me like I had four heads.

  Me being awkward quickly ran back to my desk and put my head down, laughing because that was funny, but still scary so of course I was really red. My breathing was ragged but I finally caught it.

  Across the room I could see Tionna, laughing about my incident. And I just turned redder. But I was really happy when Justin ignored my little out burst.Then my first period teacher came in and I sighed knowing this was going to be a long day. So I waited patiently. Until class was over.
