Chapter 29: Rising to the Challenge

In one corner of the studio, Ethan was fully immersed in his solo practice, honing his moves to perfection. Abruptly, his concentration broke as his phone buzzed with a text from Kelly. The surprise was evident on his face; they hadn't been on good terms lately.

As he read Kelly's unexpected plea for help in changing Paige's dance routine, he hesitated. Although Ethan had immense talent in creating dances and even had choreographer potential, he reminded Kelly that he was not Paige's dance teacher; he was purely a fellow team member.

Kelly persisted, highlighting that she knew of his abilities and wanted him to assist only because it would help Paige. With friendship prioritized over rivalry, Ethan agreed to lend a hand for Paige's sake. He felt that she deserved better than what her current routine offered.

To everyone's surprise and delight, Abby suddenly broke into a warm smile and enveloped them all in a tight group hug.
