As usual, the same voice. Atlanta's heart thumped faster and faster. As usual, Ryan Tucker.

"Hey Mrs Summers. I would presume that Atlanta's still at breakfast?" Ryan smirked as he tried to peep into the house from the windows.

Mrs Summers shot her daughter a 'hurry-up' look before smiling at Ryan warmly. "Well, wouldn't you come in and sit down for a moment?"

Atlanta blushed rapidly. "Ugh no." She braced herself for the heart attack that would be arriving so soon.

"No thanks. I'll just wait outside here." Ryan rejected her offer politely, as Atlanta stuffed the last chunk of pancake down her throat.

After tying her hair in a messy ponytail, she rushed to the door, fixing a grin on her face. "Hey." She greeted sleepily.

Mrs Summers shook her head disapprovingly. "How exactly did you tie your hair?" She chided.

"Sorry Mum. I'll fix it on the bus." She lied through her teeth as she tried hard not to blush. What an embarrassing situation.
