It's February 20th, 9 pm. I've just finished helping load up the car with all of mine and my families stuff to drive to the airport. I was moving to Germany for my dad's work.
"Jennifer! Leo!" my mom shouted from outside, "are you guys done getting ready, we have a flight to catch!" my mom yelled to rush me. I quickly grabbed my backpack, my blanket, my headphones, and then put on my slides. while heading downstairs I took a second to look around my house and soak up all the memories that came rushing in.. but I snapped back to reality when my annoying older brother ran downstairs shoving me in the process. "Ow! seriously Leo?" I said, "shut up let's go mom is getting whiny" he said with a tone. I rolled my eyes as I started walking out and getting in the car.
: Time Skip :
We arrived in Germany at 5 am in the morning. I was greeted by our family friends the Kaulitz. As I dragged myself to walk over to my moms best friend, she smiled at me with joy. "Jenni you've grown so much I can't believe you're here in Germany!" she said while approaching me with a warm hug, "I miss you so much, glad that'll see you more often then just holidays or summer" I smiled. "Leute, sagt ruhig mal Hallo" ; "Guys go ahead and say your hellos" she said to her sons.
Tom and Bill, bill ran up to me in excitement. I smiled as I reached in for a hug "BILL!!" I said, "JENNI!! I MISS YOU SO MUCH I CANT BELIEVE WERE NOW GOING TO THE SAME SCHOOL AND LIVE IN THE SAME NEIGHBOURHOOD!" Bill yelled in excitement, "I KNOW IM SO EXCITED" I said in the same energy as him. As I pull away from our big hug I see Tom walking towards us, Bill went on to greet my parents and my brother while Tom came to talk to me. He gave me a side hug "hey missed you JV" he said with a smirk, ugh he knows I hate being called by my initials. I rolled my eyes "I miss you too tommy" smirking back, I know he hates me calling him that. "Aw you do?" he says whispering into my ear in a seductive tone. I pulled away as I was too flustered to speak.
~back story~
Me and Tom knew each other since we were born but didn't really grew up with each other. We started to finally to get to know each other back in 6th grade when he moved to Canada for a bit to get away from his dad problems, I had my eye on him since then. My friends even thought he had a soft spot for me, then I saw him as a friend but it was hard when I felt something for him but I brushed it off because we were young and I know he couldn't have feelings for me anyway. When it came to the summer before 8th grade he went on to move back to Germany, I cried for days because him and Bill we're going away. Since then they've just been coming back and fourth for the holidays and for summer.
~back to the story~
I looked at him annoyingly as he went on to say hi to my parents and brother. He was really close to my brother and I was close to his. As we finished our greetings towards one another's families we went on to go to our new home while the Kaulitz helped us move in.
