Ok guys I was joking at first, but I genuinely think I have ADHD bc I've become more aware of how weird I act and I've been seeing more and more stuff about ADHD and the symptoms are matching literally everything I do.
I tend to pace around, overthink, lose focus, and sometimes I talk really, really fast, and my mom points that out, and even when I try, I can't seem to slow myself down. I wanna go get diagnosed, but I'm not sure how to ask my mom. It's kind of embarrassing. idk what to do.
BTW, my mom has ADD, but I still don't know if I should ask her. I don't know if she'll take me seriously
