"It's extra help." She said, all the students nodded. Mr Jones looked at Miguel, he nodded his head. "I don't remembering approving this." He said to her, she turned her to the side.

"I asked you last week? You don't remember?" She said, he furrowed his brows at her. "Of course he doesn't, Miss." A student said, everyone looked at him. "He's so busy, he's got all this work to keep up his amazing school. How could he remember?" Y/n struggled to hold back her smile.

"That is true." She said, turning back to the principal. He smiled, "Well. I am a busy man." He patted his suit. "That you are, Mr Jones." Y/n placed her hand on his shoulder. "And I'm sure you have work waiting on you." She said as she lightly pushed him out the room.

"That I do." He said, his tone cheerful as he walked down the hall. "You guys are jerks." Y/n said to the students as she closed the door. "I ain't walking home in this." They said. She smiled, taking her seat again.

It was a few minutes before anyone spoke. "Guys, my mom's outside. She said she'll give you guys a ride since it's pouring." A student said to the others. "Awesome." They all stood up grabbing their notebooks. "I'll put them up guys, get out of her." They grabbed their bags.

"Thanks Miss L/n." They said, waving goodbye. She waved goodbyes as they closed the door. She took a small sigh. "You alright?" Miguel asked, "Yeah," she got up from her desk. "I'm just really tired."

She walked around, picking up the notebooks. "Can I wipe everything off?" Miguel asked her, she turned to see what he was talking about. He was standing at her whiteboard with a rag. She nodded, "If you don't mind."

"For you, anything baby." He said, as he wiped it off. She continued to type on her computer. "Did you talk to Mr Jones yet?" Y/n asked Miguel, he was still cleaning the board. "About?"

"The games?" Miguel sighed, "I did, but he told me he didn't think anyone would take us so he didn't really approve..." He mumbled, Y/n stood up. "Miguel!" She yelled at him, "I know! I know! I'm sorry, I'll talk to him again tomorrow." She crossed her arms, "I'll make sure you don't get in trouble. It was all me. I'm the coach after all."

He walked towards her, "You're just my," he wrapped his cold, rough hand around her neck. "Little assistant." He grinned, his fangs showing. She rolled her eyes with a smile, pushing him away.

"How are we going to get home in this?" Y/n said, looking out the window. "Walk fast." Miguel suggested, she looked at his stupid face. "Can you-" He shook his head. "You better not be asking about that."

"Please, Miguel!" She whined, sitting in his lap and fake crying for dramatic effect. "I said no more spider-man. I'm trying to give you the normal life you deserve."

"I don't understand why you think you're so un-normal." Y/n said, looking at him. Her arms wrapped around his neck. "You don't need a spider-man."

"You're right," she agreed with him. "I need my Miguel O'Hara." He looked at her, trying to understand her point. "All these," she grabbed his hand, opening it and rubbing her fingers across it. "Are Miguel O'Hara." She cupped his face, pulling down his lip and looking at his fang.

"This is you." She said, her eyes filled with love. "Spider-man is a man in a suit who saves people. You are Miguel O'Hara." He looked down at his hand that was resting on her thigh.

He picked it up, releasing his claws. "This is not a person." He said, she looked at his hand. Slowly slipping her fingers in and making sure not the catch his claws. "You are my person." She said, looking back at him.

She laid her head on his chest. Snuggling it closer and closer. Miguel sighed, "Just this once." He said, she looked at him. "You are amazing." He rolled his eyes and smiled.

Y/n stepped out of his lap. Grabbing her bag, she watched as he grabbed his stuff. Then they pulled their hoodies on. He grabbed her hand, leading her out the doors. They walked into an alleyway.

"All good?" Miguel asked Y/n as they looked to see if anyone was watching. "All good." She said, he nodded. Miguel grabbed her waist, clinging her body against his. He shot up the building, maybe the twenty minute only a few seconds long. He slid into her apartment.

"So spooky." She mumbled to herself, "Me?" Miguel asked, sitting on the coach. "No, the swinging." Y/n put her bags down and took her coat off. She came and sat next to Miguel. He laid his head in her lap.

She slid her fingers through his hair. "I hope it doesn't storm for long." She mumbled to him.
