For Him

One Saturday night, shadow the hedgehog in his apartment, laying on his bed, thinking. "How am I gonna say things tomorrow? I'm worried if he will reject me." His heart is beating intensely. Then he figured it out. "Hmm," he said as he grabbed a pencil and paper, jotting his heart out. "Ehh, that doesn't sound right." He crumbled that one piece of paper, and that one piece multiplied into ten. After 2 hours already midnight, he finally finished. He smiles at the paper. "I really hope it's to his liking." He said worryingly. Then he took a quick shower, brushed his teeth, does his skincare, and went to bed.

Sunday morning, 7am, he wakes up. "I guess today is the day, huh?" He giggled to himself and got up. He took a shower, then brushed his teeth, TWICE. He put his shoes on and headed out. 9:30 am, is when he saw Sonic. Butterflies swarming, hearts warming as they glanced at each other.
Shadow: "Hey, Faker." he has the paper behind his back
Sonic: "Oh hey, shadow!"
Shadow: Well, uhm, I wanted to say something to you, but I didn't know how to say it, so I wrote it on paper
Sonic: Oh, can I read

Shadow feeling hesitant, but he gave Sonic the paper

Sonic in tears as his heart flutters
Sonic gives shadow a hug and cries in his arms.

Sonic: You know it's hard being happy all the time. Sometimes, I just fake it
But for you to show your vulnerability
I want to, too, I've had a crush on you ever since I saw you, but I thought you weren't into guys, so I got over you, but
Now I don't think I can stop loving you

Shadow in shock, noticing that message means a lot to Sonic, and he ends up in tears as well he hugs him back.

Shadow: I'll always be there for you Sonic your love fulls my heart. No matter what agruement or disagreement
I'll always be on your side always.

Shadow lifts up sonics chin and kisses him.

For you, I'll do anything.
