Using the spare key he had, Beomgyu opened the door and took a step inside. "Oh, hey Beomgyu. I guess you had the same idea as me." The guy, sitting in one of the chairs, pointed at Beomgyu and winked.

"Nice seeing you too, Seungmin." Beomgyu took a seat on the small sofa inside the Club and propped his legs up on the table. He unlocked his phone and started scrolling through Instagram. He saw that some of his friends had posted new stories, so he looked through them all.

He saw someone he recognized, and curiousity overflowing him, Beomgyu clicked on Sera's account. She was a Junior like him, and was actually really pretty. 'No wonder she's so popular.' It was a common occurrence at this University, if you were attractive, you were popular. Also, if you were dating someone, you were also popular, but you had to be attractive first.

'So am I considered attractive? Gosh, Beomgyu! What are you thinking...your relationship is obviously popular because you're dating everyone's crush, Yeonjun.'

Beomgyu unknowingly smiled, thinking about how out of everyone, he was the only one Yeonjun loved. "Beomgyu? Helloooo-" Beomgyu's bubble was bursted by a very-confused-looking Seungmin, waving his hand in front of Beomgyu's face.

"You're really scary when you space out- anyways, let's go! Class is starting soon."

"Oh, yeah. Go ahead, I'm coming." Seungmin nodded, before leaving Beomgyu alone in the Club Room. Going back to looking at Sera's account, he saw she'd posted a new story just a few minutes ago. It was of her...with Yeonjun? Beomgyu looked at the picture closely, she'd even tagged him and everything. He'd just left her in Professor Seo's room, which meant she met Yeonjun as soon as she left the class herself.

"I'm overthinking. It's nothing." Getting up from the sofa, Beomgyu quickly tidied himself and made his way out, not forgetting to lock the door before leaving. Now he was off to his second class of the day.

*~*~*

Beomgyu had just finished his last class of the day, and to say the least, was exhausted. He couldn't wait to see Yeonjun, as he knew his energy would come back immediately. Quickly packing up for the day, Beomgyu made his way out of the building.

It was very crowded, but Beomgyu could easily spot Yeonjun in the crowd. Making sure to say sorry when accidentally pushing someone, Beomgyu made his way to Yeonjun. He was talking to someone, oh, it was Choi Soobin.

Was Yeonjun really still friends with that guy? Beomgyu rolled his eyes in disgust, when he made eye-contact with Soobin. "Oh, Beomgyu. Fancy seeing you here, huh?"

"I don't want to talk, Soobin. I'm here for my boyfriend."

"Yeah, yeah. Your boyfriend, I get it."

Yeonjun quickly took Beomgyu's hand, "Are you both still salty about what happened before? Come on, I don't want to lose either of you, make up soon!"

"It's not as easy as you think, Yeonjun. See, Beomgyu doesn't want to make up with me. I'll glady make up with him." Soobin showed a know-it-all smile at Beomgyu, and the latter was glaring at him. Actually, their reason for despising each other was quite dumb.

You see, Beomgyu was very smart, which meant that a lot of people were jealous of him. One of them being Soobin, who was also very smart, and the two of them were always competing to be the best. Because of that, the two didn't like each other, since they were always trying to beat one another.

"It's not like we'd be okay if we made up, anyways. I don't plan on making up with someone who clearly is still salty about being second for the exams."

"Choi Beomgyu, did you just bring that up again! That was in the past, you're going to get it now!"

Soobin started coming closer to Beomgyu, but obviously was blocked. Yeonjun was standing in between the two, not letting either of them touch each other. "Get it together, you two! I'm leaving, Soobin. See ya tomorrow."

With that, Yeonjun, who still had Beomgyu's hand in his, started walking away. Yup, that was how it always was when Beomgyu met Soobin. It would end with Yeonjun dragging him away before it became physical.

Yeonjun let go of Beomgyu's hand soon after. "Uh- right. I need to tell you something, Beomgyu."  Beomgyu looked at Yeonjun with confusion on his face. "What is it?"

"I'll tell you once I drop you off. It's something important."

"Okay?"

Beomgyu tried taking Yeonjun's hand again, but for the first time ever, he was rejected. "Yeonjun-"

"I- my hands are sweaty. It's better if we don't hold hands."

The two walked in silence, in all of their more-then-a-year relationship, the atmosphere was never this awkward between the two. "Are you mad because of Soobin? I'll make up with him, I promise. I know it's annoying for you to deal with us."

"No, it's not that. It's about us."

Beomgyu's eyes widened, Yeonjun wasn't even making eye-contact with him, as they walked side-by-side. When they arrived in front of Beomgyu's dorm room, Beomgyu started to speak again, "Do you want to come inside? I can make you some tea if you're not feeling well-"

"Look, Beomgyu. I think we should break up. I feel like this is not going to work out."

"What?"
