Chapter 3

After Shizuku went out of her room,she walked straight to the grand hall. As she arrives she saw her father on the throne and her sister was there. It seems like they were arguing.

"No you can't do that-"

"Why can't I!? You should be greatful to become sister-in-law with Kiritani's only daughter."

"Sister-In-Law?? Pff" The younger princess then saw her sister approaching. She decided to give a side eye. As Shizuku arrived into the hall, face to the throne, Shiho know she had to end the conversation.Shizuku heard slightly of the conversation but she stayed innocent. Her father was talking about her and Haruka. She is sure of that. Shiho was trying to protect her love life as a younger sister,thus they are not really that close.

"Well..then I will be leaving"

As Shizuku step foot beside her Shiho left. Her father wasn't so glad of Shiho's attitude,his angers might turn to Shizuku at this point. By the words the two were saying she and Haruka engagement might be coming..

"Father,lady Haruka told me that you were waiting for me."

He stop relaxing himself and fix his posture. He wants to ask everything. Where did she go? Why did she passed out? Expecily..why was she in one of the closet to Dainlune domains? Has she began to betray him? His thoughts make him anger more and it leads to changing his expression..

"Where did you go?"

He asked,frowning his eyebrows not looking so please. Now that he questioned Shizuku must find an excuse. Luckily Haruka didn't saw anything other then her. She didn't saw Shizuku's lover or why was she weakening.

"I went to wander into the flower field before the Oakland.."

"And why might you want to go there? Alone."

He looked down at his daughter making her lower her head. She will definitely have to make him believe. But what should she say? To look flowers? That's too childish. She is a princess that is soon to be the heir she can't just go around random places to explore things without a reason.

"Because..-"

"Your majesty, Did I interrupt your conversation with lady Shizuku?"

But suddenly a girl walk into the hall. It was non other than Haruka. This was a luck for the princess. The other girl bow down but Shizuku expression was not the best. The king's face changed when Haruka arrived. It soften. Maybe is time to talk about the engagement while leaving Shizuku's doings. The princess is a grown-up after all so he believes she prioritize her country first.

"Ah..Not really my dear. We are just..talking about something"

Haruka then gaze at the king,giving a warm smile. After all he will be her father in-law soon. Shizuku wasn't so glad about that so she akwardly side-eyed Haruka.

"Your Highness, don't worry of the lady's doings. Sometimes everyone needs a little rest. Isn't that true my king?"

Shizuku kept her eyes on Haruka. She knows Haruka was covering her thoughtless actions. The princess knows she needs to be more careful in the future. Not to obtain the throne,for the whole Celestia. Everyone believe in her so there is no way she can back down.

"Yes your right my dear..then let's move to the conversation of you two's engagement"

He smiled. To talk about the engagement. That's the reason why he is waiting for her. Shizuku stayed silent. For the sake of this country, people, every creatures on earth including humans. She will take the role of a Royal Celestial Being,even if she was born as one is not like she wanted to be. And engaging someone that you don't love? That is a thing but she thought, maybe one day her heart will come to Haruka...
