Where Am I? Chapter 1

It was an average day, at least for you.

You roamed the streets of your new neighborhood, you and just come from the states. Quite an embarrassing secret.

You had been roaming around for a while, like 3 hours. You now know all the nearby shops and even where some people your age might live.

The sun quietly makes its way to the sky line and the town falls to a silence. You find yourself at a park with lots of grass and trees, but no people in sight. You sit down in an empty area and watch the sun sink. After a while the moon came out, and you began walking home, but then you realized you had no clue where you were.

Great, the sun has gone down and I have no clue where I am.

You looked around in hopes of seeing someone you could approach.

a little girl and her family...Okay maybe-

A little girl and her family, and a scary dog...NO!!

I'm terrified of scary animals, don't get me wrong I love dogs but not the vicious ones.

Hmmm, who else is there?

Then a pink haired boy emerged from a corner.

Great, I'll ask him! He looks about my age...Maybe older, it should be okay?

You approach the teen a bit scared but you shake it off.

"Hi-" you say as a sudden gust of wind appears and the boy vanishes. You look around in confusion and spot him, he's behind me? When did he get there? You start to walk behind him but he seems to walk just too fast.

Yare yare, this girl doesn't quit?

You put your hands in your pockets when you feel a ring, hm.. you pull it out and put it on. Wow this is really cute, it is germanium I think.

Is she gone? The boy looks behind him to be greeted by your face.

"Oh!" You exclaim. "Hi, I'm sorry to bother you but do you know how to get to..." you try to recall a cafe near your new house, from there you could reach your house, "Mimi's cafe?"

The boy sat there staring at you dumbfounded.

"Um...hello?" You asked.

The boy just stared; it looked like he was trying to figure something out.

"If you don't, it's okay."

"No, I do," he said.

"Great, could you guide me?"

The boy thought for a second. If I guide her I can figure out why I can't read her thoughts and why I can see her body, but If I don't I live with this mystery forever, and it's quite late to leave a lady like this here, alone and lost. The boy nodded and started walking, you followed.

After a while of silence you spoke up,

"So...Um" you cleared your throat thinking of what to say, " I'm Y/N" wait do the Japanese do last names too? "Y/N L/N"

The boy's pace slowed and now you were side by side. He looked at you briefly,

"I'm Saiki Kusuo."

"Nice to meet you Saiki!"

You guys continued to walk in silence, your thoughts were nothing but boring, wondering if your mother was worried, excited to start school, just average. However, the pink boy's thoughts were all over the place. Even though he seems calm and collected he's secretly panicking.
