(A/N: I do not own this image. I just typed in insect flying monsters in Google.)

One of the insects brought back its stinger tail before pushing it, sending a blast of green energy at Jaune. He leaned back, avoiding the attack and causing it to hit part of the mountain. He looked, noticing how the mountain was dissolving. Jaune unleashed a hyper-dash through the path.

The insects flew around and opened fire on Jaune, but couldn't land a single hit on him. As he kept running, a part of the mountain shot out at his head, but he ducked and avoided it with little effort. Another fragment shot out but at his shins. He leaped over it, dodging the attack. Jaune kept sprinting avoiding the attacks from the mountain and insectoid monsters.

Soon, he found his path stopped at the edge of a cliff. On the other side was another cliff with the continuing path path further up the mountain. He looked down, seeing the expansive chasm between the two cliffs.

He waited a moment. In seconds, the creepy creatures surrounded him. They fired at him, but he leaped high, avoiding the attacks.  Shortly, he landed on the body of one of the flying monsters. He jumped out and landed on another of them. In time, he was jumping all over them before landing on the other side of the cliff.

Suddenly, the insects started to glow with a golden aura. In no time, they all started to explode. Their chunks of flesh and exoskeleton fell into the chasm. At the bottom, the parts started to disappear. With that done, Jaune kept running up the mountain.

Before long, Jaune found himself in a more wooded area of the mountain. He traveled through the exquisite flora before coming across a gate leading to stone stairs. As he made his way to the gate, three-story towering stone warriors wielding guandaos rose from the ground.

As the stone warriors stepped to Jaune, they began to glow with a golden aura. Soon, they floated in the air before flying into each other, becoming smashed apart.

He walked up the stairs. Without warning, the towering trees turned into wooden serpents.  Jaune formed an extended aura field around him. The serpents lunged at Jaune, only to be obliterated upon impact.

Jaune kept moving until he reached the top. In time, he arrived at a large white temple built into the mountain. The roofs were a lustrous yellow. On the outside banners with a Ying-Yang symbol draped the walls.

He entered the courtyard. In the midst of it, no one could be seen. However, Jaune didn't rely on his sight. Instead, he sensed with his aura. Around him were hundreds of wisps all over the temple. A large multitude were far away, while scores were nearby, hiding in the light and shadows.

Some were trembling in shock at what Jaune was. The blonde smirked, knowing he couldn't hide his true appearance from them.

"My name is Jaune Mercer!" He yelled loud enough for everyone in the temple to hear.

"I seek to learn the power of Tao! The way before Aura!"

There was silence. So quiet that the cold air breezing on by could be heard all around.

"You will not be leaving here alive."

Suddenly, a talisman was thrown before Jaune. In seconds, a muscular, humanoid bug-like creature appeared. He had a dense exoskeleton and a long stinger attached to the back of his head.
