Experimentation AU

Part 1

Corpse was laying there not moving. His skin was pale and cold. Almost like that of a dead body. He was breathing but very shallowly. Beeping could be heard. The beeping of a heart monitor could be heard echoing. His vision was black. He could hear the shuffling of people around him.

"Is he breathing?"
"Yes. However, I'm not so sure he will survive the night..."

No matter how hard he tried he couldn't seem to move. His body was paralysed. He was still asleep. He was asleep but aware. Almost as if he was trapped in his own mind.

"So.... do we just like... get rid of him?"
"I'm not sure. I mean... there are still brain signals."

"We need him alive."

Another person walked in. He was a tall skinny man with blond hair. He had greyish blue eyes. He carried a clipboard which seemed to carry Corpse's file. He put down the clipboard on a nearby desk before grabbing a small but sharp scalpel. He carefully cut off a small chunk of Corpse's skin before placing it into a vile and twisting it shut. He handed the vile to one of the others in the room.

"Run this for anything. If you need more skin or blood then take more."
"Yes sir."

The person scurried out of the room closing the door behind them with a heavy thud. The main doctor slapped Corpse across the face. Hard. Corpse jolted up and threw a strong punch to one of the other men. The connection causes their nose to make a horrible crack sound. They stumbled back slightly as blood gushed from their nose. The man was led out of the room. A bloody trail following them.

"Chain it up."

The blond haired man turned around and walked off.

"Don't you dare touch me."

His eyes glowed from purple to red. He growled at them. His sharp teeth are now on display.

"Okay. Dude. Chill out. This won't hurt if you don't fidge."
"Should we sedate it?"
"I don't think Claus wants it sedated though..."
"Then what do you suggest fucker?"

Corpse stood up glaring at them. He was more than ready to attack them if needed. He had learned to hate being touched.

"Woah... he is tall"
"..And sexy-"
"What the fuck is wrong with you?!"

The man slapped the other across the back of the head. The other rubbed their head and sulked slightly whilst the third man was hunched over gripping their stomach and laughing like crazy.

"Touch me and I'll rip your throat out."

The men took a step backwards. They hated to admit it but they were terrified of Corpse.

"Maybe we shouldn't.. Ya know...."
"But what if he escapes cause he ain't chained up?!"
"Oh please. He was still human! Would we do that to a human?!"
"It's a fucking monster!"
"Ah screw it. I'm going to do it since all of you are too pussy too."

The man grabbed the chains and walked towards Corpse. Within seconds they were thrown across the room.

"Here. let me.."

He picked up the chains and slowly approached Corpse.

"Look bud. I don't want to do this but I don't wanna get my eyes clawed out by Claus either. Look... I know this is scary, but if you calm down and behave then they won't hurt you."

"Don't fucking touch me!"
"My name's Sykkuno. Do you have a name?"
"Corpse."

He continued to glare at them as they slowly approached.

"Nice to meet you Corpse..."

Sykkuno continued to take small slow steps. He was secretly terrified.

"Keep those fucking chains away."
"Alright... Okay. I'll drop them. I'm dropping them."

Sykkuno lowered the chains to the ground before letting go of them. He kicked them away to the side slightly and raised his hands as he slowly took another step towards Corpse. Corpse had visibly relaxed now that the chains weren't near him.

"What do you want?"
"Well... it was originally to chain you up. However, I'm now thinking we should all calm down and try to talk rationally. What do you say?"

Corpse nodded and sat back down. He glared at Sykkuno as he carefully eyed them up and down. He scanned for any signs of danger. Having not found any he calmed down more than he already was.
