He had a small round face with a soft jawline. Big, beautiful, round, brown eyes with a twinkle. Black hair that was all spikey and olive skin. I had never seen such a species of boys at our school before. "Good morning," said the voice of angel. Oh my goodness gracious, that's the kind of voice that could make me faint. It could stop wars. "Good morning," I heard again. This time I looked up and guess what I saw, the most gorgeous brown eyes looking into my green ones. "What's up?" he asked. "Good," I replied. What the heck Allison? Are you kidding me? I ruined it, he thinks I'm stupid and awkward within the first 10 seconds we've talked. I noticed he was just standing I the isle of the bus and looking at me.
"Would you sit down!" The driver quickly stated before pressing the gas. The boy moved my backpack and sat down as I went back to my phone. I thought he was looking at me. "Yes." I managed to say. "What." he quickly replied. This is extremely awkward. "I said yes." "Yes what?" He smirked. I looked at my phone. I felt beautiful when he looked at me, but I know the truth that I'm really not.
At the end of the long day in school, I rode the bus home again, praying I wouldn't be with that pretty boy.
Sure enough he didn't show. When I got off the bus, I started walking for a few blocks because I was bloated and wanted some movement. I took a look around me at the run down, tired neighborhood. I never felt safe walking here due to the fact of it being the most helpless part of town. I heard foot steps behind me, so I sort of speed up. I noticed who ever it was they were following me. "Hey," said pretty boy. I spun around quickly on my feet to smile at him. "Are you following me?" I questioned. "No, I just wanted to see where you're going to." I chuckled. "I'm sorry about the bus ride," I said. "It's cool," he replied. I was melting both literally and metaphorically. It was 95 degrees and I was standing talking to pretty boy. " It's Conner." He blurted. " I'm Allison." We started talking about his first day then just life in general, which is weird because I don't get along with people. "I like your eyes," I accidentally said. "I like yours too." Conner told me.
