"WHAT happened to him?" Jae asks as he was looking at U-Wut, asleep on the couch. Vincenzo shrugs, pressing the wet warm cloth against his forehead. "His stab wound wasn't that deep. I don't know what made him pass out."

Jae's expression deepens. He didn't know where his best friend was. "It looks like you kidnapped him off him the streets. Still don't get why you are helping this dude." He replies as he plays with one of Vincenzo's picture frames.

Vincenzo didn't know why. But..the boy looked so helpless and nobody wanted to help him, nobody looked like they cared.

"Jae. Shouldn't you be going home? Go." He commands quickly, making the male scoff in offense. "Do you not forgot I don't really have one anymore?" He claps back rudely, walking away as he mutters things.

He stares. "Jae! Come back!" But he didn't. Vincenzo looks back at the U-Wut, a sigh escaping from him. He pinches his nose. "Ow!"

He smirks, putting the cloth down. "Ow!" U-Wut says again to his leg this time. "What's going on?"

U-Wut was freaking out now. Vincenzo's gaze met U-Wut's, and for a moment, time seemed to stand still. U-Wut felt a surge of recognition, as if their souls had already connected in some inexplicable way.

"You passed out on the sidewalk with a stab wound." He replies. A sigh escapes the male. "Vincenzo Cassano."

A mix of disbelief and wonder washed over him, with a hint of nervousness. Was this real?

U-Wut's hands trembled slightly as a warm smile was gracing upon Vincenzo's lips. The sound of his voice, smooth and velvety, reached U-Wut's ears, sending shivers down his spine. "Can I get your name? I did just save you life."

The familiarity of that voice, the charm and intelligence it held, confirmed that this was indeed the person from his dreams.

In that moment, U-Wut's emotions swirled into a whirlwind. Awe, fascination, and a touch of vulnerability danced in his eyes. He felt a strange connection to Vincenzo. He sees that stupid smirk again as he moved away from the males ear. "I-It's U-Wut."

His heart raced with a mixture of anticipation and curiosity, eager to uncover the mysteries that lay within this enigmatic man. "Well, U-Wut. How about I take you home and we will never talk about this again. Or ever see each other again." He explain simply.

U-Wut didn't know what to say back. His brain was still trying to pick up the puzzle pieces. "Umm..."

It was hard. He was told to never expose the location. U-Wut couldn't even get a taxi. "I don't have a home."

Vincenzo just let out a small chuckle. But once he realized U-Wut wasn't laughing, he stops. "Then..what the hell happened this morning?" He asks. U-Wut made a face, he feels his palms get a little sweaty. "I'm
homeless. Some guy just came and stabbed me on the street."

Honestly, Vincenzo didn't care as much. He has so much more important things to be focusing on. But what could he do? "I'll just go back." He offers. "And get stabbed again?" Vincenzo stops, before laughing.

"I don't want you to stay in my house but I will feel like a asshole if I don't." He admits with a shrug before clicking his tongue. "So..I guess you can stay." Vincenzo closed his eyes. U-Wut gulps, "it's really no problem, I can—are you saying no to my offer?"

U-Wut gulps as he nods quickly. "No. I'll stay. Thank you." The silence made things a little tense. U-Wut didn't know what to really do nor say.

As the silence hangs in the air, U-Wut breaks it by speaking up, trying to ease the tension. "So, Vincenzo, tell me more about yourself. What do you do when you're not saving random passed out people on the street?" U-Wut's curiosity shines through as he tries to initiate a conversation and get to know Vincenzo better.

Vincenzo raises an eyebrow, seemingly caught off guard by the question. After a moment of contemplation, he lets out a small sigh. "Why do you wanna know?" God, this was terrifying. "Did you not just offer me to stay here? I'm just trying to make a conversation."

Vincenzo ignores him as he was about to get up. U-Wut notices his bookshelf next to the tv. "You like to read?" He asks. He didn't know if people who actually have books on their shelf read them.

"Mhm. When I can." He mutters, dreading this already. "What do you like to read?" U-Wut questioned as he watches him play with a lighter. "Just..stories. Vampires, monsters, zombies, killers." He rambles.

U-Wut's eyes light up with interest. "Have you read Carmilla? It's a really good book!" Vincenzo's demeanor softens slightly as he opens up. "No." He scoffs with a chuckle.

U-Wut smiles, feeling a connection forming. Until Vincenzo's expression changed back. "Why are you making a conversation?" He asks. The younger male frown a bit. "Come on. Im gonna be living here for a while. Are we just supposed to ignore each other?"

It was quiet, until Vincenzo replies with a flat out yes. U-Wut makes a face, "am I allowed to leave to like..go to the store or something?" He asks, "you have money?"

"You don't know what I have!"

"I don't care what you do. As long as you clean up after yourself, you don't bother me while I'm working. And remember, we're not buddies or friends." Gosh. He was cold.

U-Wut just gulps as he nods, looking down. "I have an extra room so you don't need to stay on this couch. Don't mess it up. Since you probably can't walk it is downstairs. Wow, what a coincidence." He explains, making the other glare.

"You know, you aren't very nice considering that fact you saved me from dying." He scoffs, while Vincenzo was tired of his shit. "Are you gonna check the damn room out or not? It's just a couple limps away." "You asshole! You think I can limp over there?!"

Vincenzo feels his own adrenaline rush through, his veins about to burst open and fucking explode. "Fine!" He grabs the male's wrist, bringing him from the couch and helping him up. U-Wut winced in pain as he looked down at his bandaged leg.

As soon as he looks back up and is standing, he comes face to face with Vincenzo, his hand still on his wrist. A rush of warmth ran through U-Wut as he scanned the older males face, he's never felt this before..was it anxiety, panic, or something else?

"Why did I sign up for this.." Vincenzo groans as he wraps U-Wuts arm around his shoulder to help him to the room. "How the hell are you going to walk to the store if you can't walk to a room?" He asks, opening the door.

U-Wut braces himself on the bed, sighing. "My leg will probably be better."

Vincenzo didn't even care. "Whatever. Just...bathrooms next door, upstairs is a shower though. But..just sleep and don't bother me. For the love of god."

Trust me, he didn't even want to see you.
