Chapter 3

I don't get dumped, I do the dumping.
Makes me wonder when she woke up and how she was able to sneak out without me knowing, I must have really slept deep.

I look at the bedside table and I'm 30 minutes late for work, I groan out because my head is pounding hard with a migraine.

I get down from the bed and head for the shower, Ethan's gonna have my head for coming late, although I'm the boss but he's the one that acts like the boss.

I was just thinking about one thing, all through the shower I was having, I never got to ask her for her name, the only thing I knew about her was the fact that she was a redhead and her hazel eyes were such a great match to her whole face

What am I even thinking? She's just a fling that's all but I can't help but wonder why she left without a word or trace.

I got out the shower and dried my body before dressing up, I went for the grey suit, I knew I was already late and I had to interview an intern today, they'd have to wait because one I have a hangover from last night's drinking, two I was thinking about this mysterious redhead that managed to turn the tables on me in my own home.

I parked my Tesla in the private parking lot space of our company and headed straight inside through the back door, I might be the boss but I still have to set a good example for my employees.

I was already on the elevator, secretly and peacefully because no one saw me.
I got to the last floor and got off the elevator, Talia was standing there facing the elevator as if she was waiting for me, someone was sitting in front of my office behind her but I couldn't see her face very well.

I know Talia is probably here to help me with a few things, she's Ethan's PA but she had been taking care of Ethan and i's work for a while since my last PA got married and had to quit.

"Mr Walker, Good morning" she said walking towards me and then she whispered "you're late" and I almost groan out.

"Good morning Talia, I know I'm late" I answered still trying to look behind her to see who was waiting for me, she took my case and walked in front of me

Who I saw sitting down wasn't the least bit what I was expecting, her eyes were wide open in shock too, she was dressed in a blue knee length fitted gown.

It was the redhead from last night, I smirked at myself, but then what is she doing here, I'm sure she didn't know me before yesterday and I definitely didn't tell her my name, so I know she didn't come looking for me here.

I was walking behind Talia and when we both got to where she was sitting, she just lowered her head as we walked past.

I entered my office and sat down
"Is Ethan in"? I asked and Talia just shook her head

"No he called this morning, said he had to take Tilda for a dentist appointment, he will come much later" she told me dropping my case on my desk

"You're supposed to interview the intern today and if she fits, she starts today" Talia told me gesturing to the redhead outside "here's her file" she said pushing a file towards me

"How long has this been here"? I ask and she shrugged

"About a month now" she said shocking me, I've had her file with me for a month and I don't know

"How did I not know about this"? I asked and she just gave me a pointed look

"Maybe if you actually read things like this, then you'd have known, I personally dropped it here for you and I reminded you last week to go through it" she said

I picked up the file and opened it, the first thing I went for was her name
Clarissa Grey
So Redhead's name is Clarissa

"Whenever you're ready, she's been waiting for a while now" Talia snapped me out of my thoughts and I looked up at her

"Send her in" I said relaxing back on my chair and my eyes drifting back to the file in front of me.

I looked at her information and I was beyond shocked, her age was what shocked me the more.

She's only 19
Fuck, I'm like an ancestor to her, in all my years of living I have never fucked anyone younger than me with four years but this chic is ten years my junior, if I had a younger sister, she'd around that age, Ava is even older than her.

She probably left because she realized how old i look, she's probably thinking I took advantage of her.

The door opened and she walked in
